I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great and close to everything. I enjoyed my stay, the room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for metro, bus and cab to the airport. The staff were friendly and the service was fantastic, I would book this hotel this hotel again without hesitation.

I was informed that online bookings were not accepted and that a 500 surcharge applied. As entry was denied otherwise, and an advance payment had already been made, I was compelled to pay the remaining balance in cash, plus the 500 surcharge. Please investigate this matter with your staff and take appropriate disciplinary action.

The hotel staffs didn't bwhave rudely for even a single time, but that is the ony virtue of this hotel. Other than that, it lacks in every other thing. Gyser not working, the room floor was unclean, the pillow were not cleaned. The tray they served tea on was possibly cleaned a year back. I came to know that the main purpose of this hotel is something other than staying, loud noises and loud music were played during midnight in the adjacent room, when informed no remedy was done.

Horrible experience. Hotel had no security. There was a huge commotion and fights among guests which was out on the corridor and there was actual fear of safety for us. It was chaos all over. Staff also not professional and rooms gad cleanliness issues.
