I went to hotel feel very homely and comfortable food is very tasty & hygiene staff is good room is neet & clean spl hotel owner mr hemant & mr sumit involved every department and his behaviour like friend.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Pathetic, Horrible, unhygienic. Fab hotel must remove this tag from this location as it will affect your reputation. Since 2 days I was provided only 1 towel during my stay. They dont bother about service only thing they want is money. Today as I checked out after 11 I was charged 1500 but after altercation he reduced it to 800 and the QR code provided to me was in another name. The concussion is it is pathetic place I have ever seen with flies all around no cleanliness, they are not bothered of anything.

This hotel is still under construction .The rooms are very small and not well cleaned. The rooftop restaurant is a no go. It's dirty and more of a storeroom. I went to have my breakfast outside. The location is good close to metro and commercial areas. The price is too high compared to other hotels adjacent having lower budget and comparatively better service. It can be a good choice if it truly operates with hotel standard . For the time being it's not recommended for families having an experience good hotel stay. I truly hope the management take remedial measures . Staff are polite but requires hospitality training. Wishing them all the best.
