Even after repeatedly requesting them to cancel my booking that i won't able to stay due to natural calamity and have to return back home they insisted that once booked you can't cancel. The policy are inhumen , customer care people are horrific . I won't suggest anyone to book any properties which are maintained by Fabhotels ."

Staff non-cooperative, No shampoo shower gel nothing at all. Asked to pay for extra water. Toilet not cleaned no dustbin in the room nor in toilet. Worst experience ever."
