Room service & cleanining wise they were quick and excellent...and a lot of smiling faces around us

WiFi was not working, they charged for the provided water bottle, no proper lighting, it was very dim. Poor experience!

From the time 22.45hrs on 26.12.2024 till 10.30hrs 29.12.2024 only once room was attended and washroom cleaned. Water from bathing area spilling over to washing/toilet area and water clogging, selled urine. Hot water availabke in mornings & evenings . Told TV cannot be arranged as it was not recharged.
