One of my friends came to visit but they asked 1000 rs just for 5 mins to let him in. Furthermore their receptionist behaved rudely with my family member and addressed himself as the manager of the property."

"A potential place with horrible staff, starting with receptionist she's (Named sweta ) the rudest one i have ever met with and the fun part is she was a receptionist in another hotel named Rasa Arcade and there too she was like this only i stopped visiting that place becauseof her and now this too. She made us wait despite advance notice of early check in at 11 and allotted rooms to other guests who came after us. Room was clean, food was good but toilet seat was broken, flush was not working and water supply was very low. Location too is very hard to find."

"The man at the reception is the most worst, unprofessional, Illmannered, misbehaving, fighting natured, negative minded chap , always denying the inclusions offered by Fab. Everytime I had to coordinate with Fab group to avail the inclusions. Rohit his assistant was found sensible. Henceforth request Fab group not to recommend this hotel to anyone. Room tarrif is also on the higher side. It's worth should have been Rs 1500-1700/- max.l. Worst, Terrible experience."

"I visited this hotel a day before and had enquired about the rates and had already told about my early checkin. The receptionist said that total charges will be 1500 and u csn check in whenevr u want to. I confirmed my booking and said that will visit tomorrow. The next mrng I gave my ids and did all my formalities and then the guy at the reception said that prices will be 1800. I said that u guys told 1500 yesterday and now u are denying it. The person was not at all cooperative and was rude too. He denied for the price they just quoted me yesterday and asked for extra charges. Pathetic service and experience. I cancelled my booking and looked for other hotel. I dont know where these guys did their training but handling their guests is one thing they are not good at. I dont know what to say to these king of people but atleast learn to be cooperative and stand on ur words."

But I refused so finally they brought 1 card machine to swipe the card. That was almost at 11-00 PM. Smelly passages and not so good service according to money they charge."
