Front desk staff are amazing!!! And all other staff are excellent too. Amazing service, awesome room facilities. Loved stating here. My favourite buget hotel for sure.
The location of the property is very impressive. It's a 3 side corner property and have lot of eating joints nearby.
I was here for just over 2 weeks and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The Room was clean and the staff would clean it if you asked. The hotel is located next to the local market so there are plenty of food vendors. It's a great place if you want to see how the locals live.
Very good hotel with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was delicious as well.
The location is good, everything is near by. Will definitely recommend to other travellers.
A true example of excellent hospitality! It was a pleasure visiting this property . Well assorted breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel . Thanks
I have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent holidays from 19th Feb to 9 March and sorry to say this place is getting worst every year. Even though we booked premium room, mattress were very hard not to a hotel standard, no toiletry provided, worst breakfast with no choice (2 bread in Rs200) even they do not have toaster to provide toasted bread. Reception staff not helpful, night receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional. No tea coffee or water bottles per day, Very bad experience overall.
I am writing this because we have really bad experience. We have booked 3 rooms and for 7 Nights and they have cost huge amount. Room are totally damaged 100% & AC,TV,Geaser, Nothing is working. This people are making us fool. We have and our company has contact to Fab hotel so they told that we dont see anything wrong with hotel everything is good. Fab Hotel support is totally worst and they are making people fool. We have check out on 3rd day so they didnt refund us our Money back only 10000 rs they refund. So please be ware about this Property. never use Fab hotel app or there services.
Absolutely terrible experience. Un cooperative staff. Poor hygiene conditions. I asked for cutlery and the brought me unclean plates. Had to go to the main desk to get anything done after calling the reception twice. Location is also shady. Do not recommend staying here at all.
Terrible Experience – Hotel Closed, No Communication! I had the worst experience with FabHotels Prime Sage. After traveling 2,000 km, I arrived at the hotel only to find out that it was closed for renovation! No prior communication, no updates from the hotel, and absolutely no effort from the management or reception to assist me with relocation. Despite my booking through Agoda, neither the hotel staff nor FabHotels bothered to inform me in advance. The sheer negligence and lack of professionalism are shocking. After such a long journey, I was left stranded with no accommodation, wasting my time and energy trying to find an alternative. Avoid this hotel at all costs! If this is how they treat their guests, I can only imagine how poorly they manage their services. Highly unprofessional and irresponsible – zero stars if I could!
