FabHotel Majestic JPM I New Delhi

"I booked 9 premium rooms for the night of October 19th to 20th. Initially, the booking process was smooth, with the team responding to availability inquiries within 30 seconds. However, when my team attempted to check out, we encountered significant issues with the payment process. I requested a payment link rather than using a scanner, as this was a corporate booking that needed to be settled through an official account. To resolve this, I had to reach out to the Fab Hotels customer service team multiple times—approximately five to six calls—since the contact through whom I made the booking was unresponsive. Unfortunately, each time I called, I was placed on hold for 20 to 25 minutes without any assistance. My team ended up waiting over an hour at the hotel reception to complete the checkout, and the staff were not cooperative during this time. While the rooms and service were close to satisfactory, this experience has led me to conclude that I will not be using Fab Hotels again."

"1 - breakfast was terrible.. they only give two parathas per person (not mentioned anywhere on the site) 2 - staf was horrible and full of street's boys attitude. They were using towels to clean the washroom seat. 3- While leaving the room they ask everytime if we switched off the fan or AC or not.. (not etiquettes to customer) 4 - bed sheets were horrible. I told them to change it so the boy bring two sheets from store and pu that outside of my room...I asked why you drop that on the floor atleast put that on some stand...he said we usually do like this. 5- When I complained about all of this to MMT, they are ready to give breakfast but now they said butter will be chargeable I complained again to MMT then they said butter was finished in the kitchen so WE have to buy from outside. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience..First time tried fabhotels and now will never book this chain. NEVER"

"No rating Very bad experience and poor Quality services Not suitable for family & I have faces such worst experiences in my life there no proper cleaning ,no facilities old tv, Ac complaint, not ready to clean the room For a single black tea they asked me 60 rupees like 5 star hotel. Offer price i got from fab for staying the hotel is 7000 including vatt, but they charged additional 400 rupees from me. Such a waste hotel i think they are focusing on couples for spending few hours."

"One of the worst hotels in new delhi, the rooms r pathetic everything is broken in this place AC is not working bathrooms r even worst, when I checked in after seeing condition of the room I objected then they offered me another room with toilet & bathroom which were outside the room( common toilet & bathroom) which r used by common guests just imagine this hospitality from their end. I even talked to the owner some mrs.sanghi very annoying lady. Staff is very rude and unresponsive.the photos shared on travel websites r all fake and nothing is what they display in them. Not even worth a rs.500 bucks. Then I called up ibibo about the situation and told them to cancel the booking and refund my amount they very promptly did the same .please don't visit this place with ur family as u will be very disappointed sharing some photos ..."

"Do not stay at this hotel, its horrible, disgusting, unused hotels, untidy & don't book the hotel, they will say its refundable and they willalso create drama like only 2 rooms available and while booking they will say, so n so facilities are available and in reality its nothing as such, after getting ur phone number, they will start their scam calls and loot all ur money. And if u call the hotel person he won't communicate properly nor pick up the call and there won't be any refunds. Everyone who is working there is a fraud. Kindly, save yourself and avoid this hotel."

  • 1/5 Ritika Singh Oct 31
FabHotel La Paz Stay B&B New Delhi

"I stayed at this hotel for 2 days, and my experience was far from pleasant. The room I was given had a door sized transparent window with no curtains, that wouldn’t close because it was jammed, which was very concerning for my safety, especially as a woman. It made me feel uncomfortable throughout my stay. I had to exchange my room with a friend's room as the staff wasn't bothered and said no one is coming on the third floor you can stay here safely. The room that I got in exchange was even worse as the room was full of mosquitos and the staff even after repeated request did not provide any mosquito repellent of any sorts, things of basic necessity were not available for example soap and towels. Nobody was even accepting calls at the reception which was very unprofessional. Additionally, a friend who was staying in another room got stuck in the lift, and it took the management nearly an hour to get him out. This clearly shows a lack of proper maintenance and responsiveness to emergencies. We did not get our complimentary breakfast on time, even after repeated requests it was served to us 2 hours late. When our cab arrived at the hotel to pick us up from this hell hole, the security denied the existence of the hotel altogether and tried sending our cab away. The overall facilities were not up to par compared to other hotels I’ve stayed in. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. I wish I could have given a minus rating to this hotel, but the least I can give is 1 star."

  • 1/5 Pranav Kishore Srijagannath Oct 31
    FabHotel Anutham New Delhi

"After paying ₹3000, the room was a disaster. The door locks were broken, the TV was not working and was off its stand, the switchboards were exposed, and the washroom flush was leaking. Staff ignored service requests, and most switches were non-functional. The only positive was that the AC was working. If this is the standard from MMT, it feels like they are merely showing mercy by offering rooms to tourists."

  • 1/5 Rahul Kumar Oct 31
    FabHotel The Lazeez New Delhi

""Terrible Experience - Not Worth the Money" We booked this hotel for INR 1924, but it was not even worth INR 500. The place feels like a 3rd class lodge. It is poorly maintained, with dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and an overall unhygienic environment. The service was below average, and the facilities were not as described. We were extremely disappointed and feel cheated for the amount we were charged. This place seriously needs an upgrade. We request a refund for this unpleasant experience. Definitely not recommended!"

"Never book this hotel through Fab hotel. Book it directly. You will get a much better price. The tarrif is 1000 but through Fab it's 1500. And lots of lies. Ther is no lift, rude behaviour and unprofessional staff. The hotel is amidst a waste dump the location is remote and horrible."

"Not a Fab std hotel Poor management No one at reception most of time In 5 days not single time anyone changed my used towel Rooms are too cozy for 3400 rs Wate bottle daily has to ask, no service by default apart from bed cleaning."

"Worst hotel to stay....room have no ac no tv sink has no water room and furniture is broken been bitten by mosquitos whole night ....I feel like cheated by images posted on fab website....please avoid this hotel....not good for families"

  • 2/5 Samir Kumar Panda Oct 31
    FabHotel Sentinel Suites New Delhi

"The lift was non-functional, and upon inquiry, we learned it had been out of service for several months. The building has multiple floors, with the ground and first floors occupied by other companies. There is no proper reception area, giving a disorganized feel. On the first day, the AC and geyser in the room didn’t work, and the water pressure in the bathroom was extremely low. Room service was disappointing, and although breakfast was included, only parathas were available. Overall, the place doesn't fit the standards of a hotel or even a guesthouse. While the location is good, it's best to avoid this property."

  • 1/5 Abhishek Anand Oct 31
    FabHotel Lord Inn New Delhi

"Rooms are totally out of maintenance Initially I got one room which was less smelly but it had bathroom door knob missing And hence full hole was there. Later, I got it changed and got a room which was not even clean. Small washroom, bleech smell, broken fan regulator, broken AC. There was a room just beside the reception in which people were roaming around in underwear with doors open. And if you ignore all that and try to just take rest you will find bedbugs on the bed and in the middle of the night you will just wake up with rashes on you body. Kill few bedbugs and then wait for the night to be over just so that you can leave this room."

"Date of stay: 17/10/24 1. The room was dirty. 2. The Towels and bed-linen dirty. 3. The food was pathetic. 4. The staff were unconcerned. 5. Although I was told breakfast was between 7 to 10am. I had to check-out and leave at 7.45am without b/f. since it wasn't ready."

    FabHotel A 97 New Delhi

"Absolutely horrendous hotel experience. Will not recommend to anyone. Fabhotel moved us out of our actual booking at the Fabhotel blue moon stay to this A97 hotel. Pathetic experience. And just so exorbitantly priced food. Though the lunch and dinner tastes decently but highly overpriced. Bad bad breakfast today. Not recommended at all. Don't stay here.."

  • 3/5 Harsh Priyadarshi Oct 31
FabHotel Blue Moon Home Stay New Delhi

"Due proximity of business location, I chose this place. Though it was a suite, I would suggest some changes in terms of comfort for the guests. Yea and coffee with a hot kettle so that it could be used as per convenience. Basic amenities with toiletries and snacks could also add to the resources."

  • 5/5 jagadish Dadmi Oct 31

  • 1/5 Danardan Padhy Oct 31
    FabHotel The Lazeez New Delhi

"Very very bad experience at this hotel. No hot water No towel for 2nd guest Foul smell, No ventilation, No exhaust fan, No AC water, No service Dirty bucket and Mugs. Only the location is great near Lajpat Nagar central market."

  • 1/5 NARENDRA KUMAR Oct 31
    FabExpress Le Grand New Delhi

"Different from the pic available online, the room was not clean and tidy .The behaviour of the receptionist was not professional. "Agar aapko acha nahi laga to fab ko boliye, aapka hotel change kar denge," that was very straight and harsh. They don't have room service either. The only plus point is location. The price is also not that high. So if you are looking for just a shelter to spend your night in an a.c room with minimum amenities then you can book otherwise if you are a hygiene freak, want a good ambience, good room service well furnished and clean room then sorry you may be a little disappointed with the place."
