Great experience, staff is polite and cooperative, excellent room service. Highly recommend if you are looking for clean and hygiene room stay.

Location of the property is excellent. Very comfortable room and well mannered staff.

ACs were not working, the building is under construction and was not informed by hotel management. The door latches are broken, the walls are leaving putty, washroom was dirty. Only good thing I got was a spacious room.

I have stayed at this place in past due to its location in past, hence booked this for my recent holidays from 19th Feb to 9 March and sorry to say this place is getting worst every year. Even though we booked premium room, mattress were very hard not to a hotel standard, no toiletry provided, worst breakfast with no choice (2 bread in Rs200) even they do not have toaster to provide toasted bread. Reception staff not helpful, night receptionist was rather rude and unprofessional. No tea coffee or water bottles per day, Very bad experience overall.

Absolutely terrible experience. Un cooperative staff. Poor hygiene conditions. I asked for cutlery and the brought me unclean plates. Had to go to the main desk to get anything done after calling the reception twice. Location is also shady. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Absolute nightmare of a hotel. Was shifted to this property having made advance payment for the Saket property. Was made to pay on arrival for 2 nights. Left the very next morning. How can they even call it a hotel. Please avoid at all costs+

A Shockingly Disappointing Stay at Fab Hotel I'm still trying to process the debacle that was my recent stay at Fab Hotel. As a frequent traveler, I've had my fair share of hits and misses, but this experience was hands-down the worst. From the moment I arrived, I knew something was off. The reception area was dimly lit, with a sign that read "Please wait" - which I did, for a solid 20 minutes, before someone finally acknowledged me. The check-in process was clunky, with the staff seeming utterly disinterested in my presence. The room itself was a joke. The bed creaked and groaned with every move, the air conditioning unit rattled like a chainsaw, and the "luxurious" linens felt like they belonged in a budget hostel For breakfast. The menu read like a laundry list of every bland, uninspired dish imaginable. Throughout my stay, I encountered a string of apathetic, unhelpful staff members. When I politely asked for extra towels, I was met with a sigh and a 30-minute wait. Needless to say, I will never set foot in Fab Hotel again. The experience was a masterclass in disappointment, with each new failure compounding the last. If you value your sanity and your sleep, stay far, far away from this dump.

Location of this place is very good. That's all there is to say about this place. The building doesn't look the way it is shown in the photo. It's in a dilapidated state. Rooms are not clean. This place is in 2nd floor of a small commercial building and the lift doesn't work.

Totally avoidable. I had a booking there through booking.com but at the time of checkin the guy at the reception who was extremely rude n disrespectful told us they don’t hv any booking confirmation and they are totally sold out and we can just go. Very shocking behaviour! I hv never ever encountered anything like that. Very suspicious place not for family.

They are a bunch of fraudsters, please dont be fooled by the photos. I had done an online booking though their website. Upon reaching the property I was denied rooms. They are actually contractors and don't own any property. This property every travellers worst nightmare come true
