    "Used to be a very nice place, location is great, but reception behaviour is really bad. I used to stay here regularly, but have preferred not to, as there are better options and AirBnBs close by. On time check in as always a problem if you check in during the day, I was often made to wait till 2-3 hours to check in. While at the same time request for a late check out is rudely denied."

    "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
