    "Room was not cleaned till night inspite of giving the keys in morning. Dinner ordered on 16th was not served for more tha. 1 hour, then went to restaurant to collect. Dinner on 16th was not served at all inspite ordering it in the room. On checkout wrong food bills 3 times the bill amout was submitted"
