FabHotel Prime The New Heaven

I am scammed, donot book rooms through fabhotels, they are scammers.

I would highly recommend the hotel  new heaven in south west delhi for travellers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay at an economical price. firstly, the location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated in close proximity to greater kailash metro station, making it easy for guests to access the city's various attractions and landmarks. this is especially convenient for travellers who want to avoid the city's notorious traffic and prefer to explore using public transportation. the check-in process at hotel new heaven is quick and hassle-free, ensuring that guests can settle into their rooms without delay. the hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, making guests feel welcome and at home right from the start. the food at the hotel's restaurant is of exceptional quality, with a wide range of dishes on the menu that cater to various dietary requirements and preferences. guests can expect fresh ingredients, delicious flavors, and generous portions, all at reasonable prices. in terms of amenities, hotel new heaven does not disappoint. the  rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen tvs, free wi-fi and comfortable beds, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. overall, i would highly recommend hotel new heaven to anyone willing for convenient, comfortable, and affordable stay in delhi. the hotel's prime location, efficient service, delicious food, and ample amenities make it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Rooms are really nice and clean. but the staff is really not friendly and not welcoming. everytime i was asking for something i felt like i was bothering them. the wifi connection is okey but you need a different username and password for each device you want to use. i have 2 smartphones and 2 professional computers so it was pretty annoying to go see the receptionist everytime i need to connect. the breakfast wasn't that good neither at the image of the staff working there. the didn't have bread anymore, no coffee, no eggs etc. the service could have been better such a nice place.

Hotel is at the prime location in south delhi covering areas of nehru place gk and hauz khas at reasonable distance. the room were clean and neat. unfortunately the hospitality aspects lacked, the reception and the other employee lacked professionalism due to which the service was slow. if the hospitallity aspect is improved, it will be on of the best hotels for your buck. can't comment on fnb aspects as i haven't had any meals from there.

It’s a fair budget hotel considering other options in delhi with a good staff. the night frontman is very kind and helpful and helped me a lot when i first arrived. staff is also very kind and served me breakfast after proper hour. room was clean, bed was very comfortable and ac worked well. shower was not hot, though. i recommend for those seeking a comfortable accomodation for a reasonable price.

Food was excellent and their managers in restaurant were very helpful. due to fast, my wife wanted some different fruits , which were not on table. same was provided promptly without any extra charge. good variety of breads were available for vegetarians also, which was helpful as some of our family members are strictly vegetarian
