Polite, respect & friendly staff. The hotel is in a great location. I would really suggest them to others. The services they provide is all very good. And nice room.I am completely happy about the way they provide the room service. friendly and helpful receptionists and staff. Food was good and great value for money and. The stay went well. Hotel is good and comfortable. My family enjoyed their stay a lot. Staff is nice and approachable. They are always there to support their guests. Always have smiles on their faces. It feels like home here. Food is amazing and upto the mark. The staff helped me have the time with my parents as they both are working and i get to spend an incredible evening with them jpm

It was an excellent stay. The rooms ( including bathroom) were very neat and clean. The pillows cover and sheets are fresh and neatly laid. The bed and pillows are soft and very comfortable. Excellent hospitality from the hotel staff. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. Would definitely visit again.and staff very helpfully

Rooms weren't clean, light wasn't working properly, walls had seepage, we asked to change the bulb that wasn't working, they refused. In other things, they also helped, like warm water wasn't supplied so the boy there provided us with an immersion rod. Overall experience - "will not come here again"
