1 AverageMy mistake of booking with fab 1. room walls with seepage stains 2. leaking flush 3. no alecarte 4. requested early breakfast at 7:30 no cook available, had to skip even after paying charges 5. no hot water on a rainy day as its on solar (i guess) no gyeser 6. nothing as promised by fab - no toiletries except a soap and a re 1 pouch of clinic plus 7. requested hard invoice the receptionist denied saying ask fab hotels 8. requested fab mailed me 944/- invoice against 11600/- still struggling with fab to issue actual invoice knocking different helpline / mailNishchay Malhotra ., 19 Sep

1 AverageDo not opt for this hotel, it will absolutely spoil your stay and day! if 1 is the option to mark poor in the star rating. i will rate this hotel a minus (-) 5. extremely, extremely poor service. rooms are shoddy and unclean, linen has stains and is torn, you can't regulate the ac temperature and the staff is suspicious looking. they don't provide even 500 ml water bottle in the room as complimentary. the last nail in the coffin was when the hotel owner an uncouth, pathetic, ruthless being literally started yelling at me when i requested for a bill for bisleri water bottle which he charged me rs 45/bottle. he claimed rs. 25 as service charge for providing me the bottle during my stay. when i said emphasized for a bill he began heckling abuses and snatched the bottle from my hand and started to question my paying capability. absolute uncivil and totally undeserving to be in hospitality.Chandra Singh, 23 May
