Excellent service and reasonable for stay rooms and it is near by airport for who booked flights

This was my second time staying at this hotel. I would highly recommend it. The service from the staff was excellent and the facilities and breakfast were also great. I would stay here again!

I had a very bad experience from this Hotel as the staff is very rude even they don’t care about customer and hotel commitment. The name is different which showed during booking and actual is different. Out side food doesn’t allowed as they have in-house restaurant which is very dirty and extremely expensive just like star hotel. Considering all these factors board the hotel then checkout within 4 hours due to this reason. I explore in the same location and there are so many options are available with best quality. The location of this hotel is seems like in slum area. I won’t recommend anyone also don’t go by the photos which is available at online portal like booking.com, Agoda etc, actual it’s completely different

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately forgot my **OnePlus 11 5G original mobile charger with its lead** in the room. When I returned to inquire about it, the **hotel staff's behavior was unusual and unhelpful**. The **hotel manager initially confirmed that he had seen a charger in the room**. However, he tried to mislead me by showing a **65-watt charger**, while mine was a **100-watt charger**. When I requested them to check the **CCTV footage**, I was informed that **none of the cameras were working**. Later, when they called the **camera team**, the manager suddenly claimed that **no recordings were available**. In the end, they provided me with a charger, insisting that it was original and promised to give me an **invoice with a 2-year warranty**, but they **failed to do so**. When I later contacted the **manager to inform him that the charger was a duplicate**, he refused to acknowledge the issue. This raises serious concerns about **the safety of guests' belongings** at this hotel. If you **happen to forget any valuable items here, the hotel staff may not return them**. Given that only the hotel staff cleans the rooms, their refusal to acknowledge my missing charger is deeply concerning. **If you are considering staying at this hotel, I urge you to think carefully before booking.**

I traveled from Australia to India on October 19, 2023, and had pre-paid for my hotel, car, and food online. Upon landing at Indira Gandhi Airport at midnight, I had no Indian currency. I tried 5-6 ATMs, but none had cash. The hotel picked me up, but upon check-in, they refused to let me stay without paying for the taxi again, despite my prior payment. The staff ignored my pleas, and I was stranded outside with my luggage, scared. A police officer arrived, confronted the hotel staff, but they still forced me to pay extra online, claiming “tax charges.” The deluxe room I paid for was filthy—broken AC, dirty toilet, no WiFi, and no food. This hotel is a scam. Avoid it at all costs!

Worst hotel in the area. Dirty rooms and bathroom. Bed sheets were dirty. Door was not locking properly and rude behavior from staff. Only good thing abt this hotel was proximity to the airport and the city. I stayed here for a day and the next day i shifted to another nearby hotel with less charge and good service.

Most disgusting hotel even seen,dirty bedsheets,stinky washrooms. Very loud. . Checked out within 2 hours of my stay. Horrible experience.

Worst room, room not clean, toilet was very bad They stole my iphone charger while I was not in the room. Charged me 2.5k for a room for a night. With this price you can get better rooms in Delhi nearby hotels

This is extremely poor, disgusting scam. Made partial advanced payment and reached hotel at 23 late at night but couldn't check inn, the frontman kept me for 40min just to finally tell me there's no available room afterall. I requested for refund of advanced payment and cancel booking but even the owner also just said cancellation is not available and call to customer care so I called this morning again just to come to know the hotel owner refuses such case and said customer didn't come. Balance payment is still requested to be paid and UPI account is freezed for that. This hotel, as well as the fabhotel customer care doesn't care customers.

Dirty rooms, not fit for family. The rooms are not as per the images. Not well maintained and improper description on Goibibo. Changed their name Aashiyana, probably to hide the bad reviews.
