    "Worst experience of service and totally rude behaviour by receptionist. Also after requesting many times for dinner quality improvement that has been not done. It was pathetic experience with the hotel food, I think it is better to eat road side instead of hotel food. I’m travelling last 12 years as a guest but this experience in Delhi was too too pathetic. I’ll never try to go their and also suggest with my known people don’t go their."

    "Rooms: are maintained neatly. Service: is very good, specially Vivek is very friendly and ensures to provide the best from his side. Location: No proper name board is displayed, in the evening the street lights are missing and no sign boards are displayed on the road to give direction indicators. Autos or Cabs keep on canceling whenever we are trying to book online"

    "I had booked a room at The Lime Tree hotel for Sunday, October 14th. The room I was assigned was connected to another room. I requested that the connecting door be locked, and the hotel staff informed me that it was locked from the other side and that they typically do not assign the adjacent room to anyone. However, during the night, another guest entered through that room. While this incident was not a major issue for me, it could have been a serious invasion of privacy, especially for couples. I would urge the hotel management to consider this matter carefully to ensure the safety and privacy of all guests when assigning rooms."

    "Do not book this hotel. Very shady hotel rooms with a weird smell. Intercom doesn't work.Shower doesn't work. Water soaking out from the washroom floor. They provide drinking water in bisleri bottles with a broken seal. Breakfast has only one option bread omelette( 2 bread , won't provide extra).That too would take ages to prepare. One has to follow up multiple times with the reception ( you have to go down , intercom doesn't work). Never ever book your stay here. I booked at the last moment due to its proximity from Yashobhumi where I was attending an event."
