    "Very bad rooms. Facilities are provided just for the sake of providing. If you ask me whether there is an AC, then yes there is an AC in the room. But the temperature control won't work. So you can't adjust the temperature as per your liking/convenience. Whether there's a toilet/shower, then yes both are there. But the flush & shower will work if you are lucky. The room weren't clean and overall area was just disgusting. The breakfast was also just for namesake. When I enquired about the breakfast menu, the sounded like they had a breakfast buffet and couldn't read out the long list of items. When we went to have breakfast, we saw only Puri, a curry which had potatoes floating in water and some macaroni. That's all was the excellent breakfast provided. The front desk and customer service is so pathetic and rude. They are just greedy for money. Please do not consider this hotel for a stay with family and friends."

    "I stayed there for three days. Right from the beginning of the stay the problem started. First of all the wifi was not working, then the water tank was empty.well, I had to fight for that. Air conditioning was not up to mark. The room was not properly cleaned. Most importantly, please note they entered in my room at mine absence. One day,when I came back I found cigarette smoke in room. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But confirmed now,when I found my clothes are missing, which I checked after a few days. Hotels are costly and they are just thieves."

    "Got fooled by the MMT ratings (4.4 stars) & MMT Valuestays recommendations. It was hard to find any functional things in the 2 hotel rooms we booked for 2 nights. First off all an odd smell in the room and dirty blankets provided. No door lock (both sides) for one of our room (photo attached). Observed same situation on few other rooms when we pass by. When I brought this issue to Staff they laughed and told us in Hindi “..nothing will happen to your bags .. we have CCTVs all over. You can leave your bags and you can go for site visits..”. !! In another situation, I have ordered food by going to reception physically (since there was NO telephone in our room) where I have clearly mentioning the room number 202. Later staff brought the food after reaching other room 309. Then they are complaining us why you ordered from 309 and expecting in 202. Also rudely behaving with women. After all these they didn’t apologise. So our humble request to users of MMT do not go with MMT recommendations and especially to this horrible hotel."

There was no visible signage indicating the hotel's location, making it difficult to find. Once inside, the rooms were in a deplorable state. The furnishings were worn and outdated, and the cleanliness was questionable. The bathroom was particularly disgusting, with mold and mildew visible in various places. To top it off, the food was also subpar. The quality and taste were both disappointing, and the service was slow and inattentive. I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at FabHotel Altus to think twice. This hotel is simply not worth the money or the hassle."
