Overall I had a fabulous stay. Noticed a lot of improvements at the Hotel. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and made sure that I was well looked after.
Absolut wonderful. You really feel like in heaven. Very very Friendly, helpful people work there, had a lot of fun. Quiet.
Thank you to everyone for a lovely stay. A good clean hotel with friendly staff and good food. A special thank you to Mr Hem Chand at the concierge desk for going over and above to arrange a visit to the local doctor and staying with us to help us. That was especially kind and very reassuring for us.
Hospitality, cleanliness, wide spread of lip smacking breakfast, amenities, ever smiling & helpful staff.
The room was terrible, smelly and the sheets were dirty, upon asking 4 times they provided another blanket, not a good experience
Without checking the receptionist offended that we do not have breakfast included and the time for breakfast is 9:30 to 10:30AM. No choice of breakfast was asked.
Didn't gave bills for service at checkout. Also, food was really bad.
Horrible experience. Hotel had no security. There was a huge commotion and fights among guests which was out on the corridor and there was actual fear of safety for us. It was chaos all over. Staff also not professional and rooms gad cleanliness issues.
Very worst experience never recommend anyone to ho here totally waste of money
Water leakage inside from the room split AC.Rooms are not being cleaned.
