    "Booked on booking.com. they did not have room for me when I arrived. They transferred me to another hotel with no pillows, dirty sheets, room wouldn't lock, lobby was pretty gross. Didn't have change for 500 INR when I was paying. In the morning, I had no electricity or running water."

    "Got fooled by the MMT ratings (4.4 stars) & MMT Valuestays recommendations. It was hard to find any functional things in the 2 hotel rooms we booked for 2 nights. First off all an odd smell in the room and dirty blankets provided. No door lock (both sides) for one of our room (photo attached). Observed same situation on few other rooms when we pass by. When I brought this issue to Staff they laughed and told us in Hindi “..nothing will happen to your bags .. we have CCTVs all over. You can leave your bags and you can go for site visits..”. !! In another situation, I have ordered food by going to reception physically (since there was NO telephone in our room) where I have clearly mentioning the room number 202. Later staff brought the food after reaching other room 309. Then they are complaining us why you ordered from 309 and expecting in 202. Also rudely behaving with women. After all these they didn’t apologise. So our humble request to users of MMT do not go with MMT recommendations and especially to this horrible hotel."

    "I recently stayed at Hotel Grand Vilas (actually Grand Villa) during a family trip to Delhi, and it was an extremely disappointing experience. After arriving at the hotel at 2 AM, we discovered that the location shown on Booking.com was completely different from what Google Maps indicated. To make matters worse, the hotel used misleading photos that did not represent the actual property. The manager greeted us with a smile, but it felt more like a smirk at our expense, claiming it was an “app mistake.” How can it be an app mistake when the photos and details are inaccurate? The room we were given was small, and the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had while traveling. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel to spare themselves a similar ordeal."

    "Please Note: I won't advice advice my enemy to stay in this hotel ever very bad infrastructure no maintenance to proper cleaning worst experience I'm having till now fab hotel please upgrade your service and make sure the people who are working in your front desk should be polite to the customer because they are the front face of the hotel not having plats for dining not having any cutlery to provide to the customer the only reason for my early checkout after driving for almost 380km straight without rest is the behaviour of the front desk and the promise made and pictures should be updated coz the hotel is nothing what we see in the pictures at all don't ever book this I'm warning you guys"

The Lenin smells so bad Washroom don't have basic amenities The telephone don't work . Food was fine. Won't recommend for family."

    "Hi, good evening. Your customer service was good, but the hotel staff didn’t take our concerns seriously. They didn’t change anything despite our requests. The 4.3 rating seems forced or influenced, as our experience was far from satisfactory. Based on my experience, I would give only 1 star out of 5, solely for your customer service. I will not recommend Fab Hotels to anyone. I am totally disappointed. The hotel staff took our ID copies as per usual check-in procedures. However, when I requested basic amenities like a hotel kit (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, slippers) and essentials inside the room (2 water bottles, 1 hand towel, 1 full-size towel), they refused and only provided two small soaps. 1. We were given Room 304 on the 3rd floor. 2. When we entered, the room was shabby with a bad odor. 3. The bed was in poor condition with dirty sheets and pillows, and inappropriate language was written on the wall. The first impression was terrible. 4. I asked for a towel, and they provided a dirty one, which they later replaced with a wet towel. It was unclear whether it was used or new (usually, towels should be dry as per my experience in other hotels). 5. The washroom was decent, but the mug was broken, and the hose pipe was in bad condition—overall, very poor maintenance. 6. After my call, the staff assured me they would change everything by the time we returned at night, including sheets, pillow covers, fixing the washroom, and addressing the door issue. 7. When we returned, the staff had changed, and the new person promised to change our room, but no one showed up. We waited until 11:30 PM with no resolution. 8. When we checked, the washroom had no light, and despite your earlier assurances, nothing was fixed. - The pillow covers were not changed. - The hose pipe was not fixed. - The balcony door was not repaired (it was full of termites). - The side table remained broken. - The bed was unstable and dangerous to sit or lie on. - No pest control was done, and I was bitten by mosquitoes throughout the night. I suggest that someone from your Audit team visit the property to inspect the guest services."

    "My experience at the hotel was pathetic, when I reached room was not ready. Balcony door of the room was not having locking system. Staff was not cooperative they only had one answer to any query "WE DONT HAVE IT". There was no kitchen available in the hotel but they have charged us for breakfast while booking. When you don't have kitchen facility available how can you take payment for breakfast while booking the room. No plates or required crockery and cutlery were provided when we ordered food from outside. Room was not clean. No wifi available.TV was not working. That only had one answer hotel is under renovation. Please remove the hotels from your list which are under renovation. By taking the booking for such kind of hotels Fab hotels is doing fraud with the customers."
