"had a terrible experience at this hotel. The room was in the worst possible condition it was dirty, poorly maintained, and not at all what was promised. The bed was unclean, making it impossible to even consider staying the night. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for resolving the issues I raised. I was so dissatisfied that I left the hotel immediately and requested a refund. However, despite multiple follow-ups, I still havent received my refund. This was a complete waste of time and money, and I strongly advise against staying here. Avoid this place at all costs!"

"Hotel that was not that cheap for its quality. Room was in a bad shape, the floor was filled with dead small mosquitoes, the bathroom was dirty. It would barely be a 2 star hotel in Europe but we have to accept that it’s India and things are not the same. But there are indubitably better options in Delhi. The staff was very kind though."

"Rooms are in extremely bad condition. Bathroom taps are defective fan runs only in maximum speed.. Pillows and batteries are totally dirty and ugly. And when I checked out, I had extremely bad experience, saying that they won’t refund the excess amount I paid. Further, they made me pay the room service charges also, when already they were holding my exes advance with them. They were saying these are all their policy, and I find it is an extremely cheating and deceiving establishment. I will take up this case, legally, and even though the amount is less, I will somehow get it from them if they are not going to refund the excess advance that I paid. I will never come to this hotel again, and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Rooms were good as per the price but there were mosquitos in the room and few of the locks and other amenities were not working properly. One of my friends came to visit but they asked 1000 rs just for 5 mins to let him in. Furthermore their receptionist behaved rudely with my family member and addressed himself as the manager of the property."

"Due proximity of business location, I chose this place. Though it was a suite, I would suggest some changes in terms of comfort for the guests. Yea and coffee with a hot kettle so that it could be used as per convenience. Basic amenities with toiletries and snacks could also add to the resources."

"It’s a close stay to New Delhi Railway Station, with vast-enough rooms that resemble a suite, and with facilities like a recliner couch, coffee table, and a water kettle. Having said that, it isn’t the best worth the price and the reasons pertaining to it are: • The room that we stayed in didn’t have any windows or other means of ventilation, so the room reeked of dust or decay whenever it had been left closed for some hours whilst we were out in the city. • The TV wasn’t working properly. • The AC was meh! • The decorative elements in the room, like woodwork design at the head of the bed, were dusty. • The mini refrigerator they had wasn’t working. • The geyser had issues and wasn’t working, which lead to us calling the management multiple times, other than the inconvenience of it delaying our bathing time and stay plan. • As is with other hotels, the room service was expensive. A regular glass of chhachh (buttermilk) costed ₹100! (plus, it didn’t taste that great.) Therefore, beware of these when planning to stay in this hotel."

So, we checked out from one of the room after 1 day of stay. Rusted Water heater. Only soap in terms of toiletries, No tissue paper. Fan has either zero or full speed, regulator was not working."

"I booked a room at Fab Hotel through Booking.com, and the experience was disappointing. The room and atmosphere were far from what the pictures promised. Despite booking a bigger room, I was given something else. The ambience was just okay. However, the one advantage is its location—very close to Karol Bagh metro station, with markets and good restaurants nearby, making it easy to communicate within the city. But overall, my stay was not great, and I would recommend caution when booking through Booking.com / Fab hotels app"

"I visited this hotel a day before and had enquired about the rates and had already told about my early checkin. The receptionist said that total charges will be 1500 and u csn check in whenevr u want to. I confirmed my booking and said that will visit tomorrow. The next mrng I gave my ids and did all my formalities and then the guy at the reception said that prices will be 1800. I said that u guys told 1500 yesterday and now u are denying it. The person was not at all cooperative and was rude too. He denied for the price they just quoted me yesterday and asked for extra charges. Pathetic service and experience. I cancelled my booking and looked for other hotel. I dont know where these guys did their training but handling their guests is one thing they are not good at. I dont know what to say to these king of people but atleast learn to be cooperative and stand on ur words."

"I am a regular traveller and stayed in all types of hotels. From 5 star to zero star. This hotel is worst with the price they are charging. The room was dirty. Buckets not cleaned. Location was in alley which is not safe. I have selected this hotel based on the ratings and booked it through customer care executive. I stayed with my family for a night and I was compelled to stay as I reached hotel late in the night. The air conditioning was awful."

"Really Bad experience. Pl don't stay in this hotel. You are going to regret later. The behavior of the receptionist, a man with beard (i asked his name but he didn't tell) who was posted on the day I checked in, was not at all cordial. Hotel room was over priced, Rs. 2424/- per night, however no basic amenities like electric kettle, geyser etc. Later, I found better hotels were available in the area at the same or even smaller rates. Room had a lot of mosquitoes. It was booked for two persons but only one water bottle was served, another one was charged. Shower in the washroom was malfunctioning. Had plan to extend for next day's stay but shifted to a nearby Hotel due to the cited reasons. To hotel owner: Rather than posting usual apologies in response to the customer reviews which are mostly negative, please try improving the conditions of your Hotel, train your employees for good behavior, provide quality and hospitality"
