Property was not as expected. Rooms were not as per the pictures. Didnt like the wasroom . They were reusing the water bottles. U booked my stay including breakfast but they said they are not having breakfast at their place . I was not expecting this from fab hotel. I will never book from fab hotel. Please provide good facilities.

Location is prominent, car parking available, less on staff .for the price of 3600/ per night the service ,room, could be better . Room was stinking of cleaning chemicals . .no tea have to walk out of hotel . Out of staff

Hotel Review: I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, the overall experience was severely impacted by the lack of basic amenities. The washroom was not cleaned properly, which was a major letdown. The administration was unhelpful and showed no interest in addressing our concerns. Despite booking a room with breakfast included, they refused to provide it, which felt like a breach of their promise. Additionally, there was no proper backup for electricity. During our 22-hour stay, we faced multiple blackouts, at least 4-5 times, which was frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of basic facilities and the poor response from the hotel staff made the stay quite unpleasant. I would not likely recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements to their services and management.

First of all I wasn't allowed to do early check in, had to wait for more than 1.5 hours despite paying the early check-in fess as requested by the officer online. Secondly the room was very unhygienic, AC wasn't working, TV wasn't working, there was no fan, ceiling was dropping powder, they charged delivery fees ranging from 20-40 rs for delivering food from ground floor to your room. It was not that they had to walk the stairs lift was available.

Worst stay ever, freakin idiot people operating the hotel, no cleanliness, cockroaches in room, hanger in cupboard broken, charged 2500 for normal deluxe room for 1 night, the reception guy is only focused on taking more and more commission in any way. Don't visit if you are with family.

I had the misfortune of experiencing the worst stay ever. The service was non-existent, and there were several issues with hot water. To make matters worse, I found cockroaches roaming on my bed. The staff's behavior was utterly unacceptable. The only redeeming quality was the hotel's proximity to Ram Kund and other nearby attractions. Unfortunately, that was not enough to compensate for the subpar experience. The person in charge in the morning (whose name I couldn't recall) was particularly unhelpful and unfriendly. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating stay. I won't visit here again
