Nice place to put stay with family/ friends. The behaviour of staff specially receptionist is very friendly. This properties has good vibes with silence atmosphere. restaurant service not available which hardly matter as one can order food from Swiggy/Zomato. Overall good experience.

We booked 2 rooms, but the receptionist only gave us one bill receipt. When we asked for the second one, he said he would send it on WhatsApp. He also tried to generate the bill using the old bill number. The room and bathroom were not clean, with cockroaches in both. No towels were provided in the bathroom . The electric kettle in one of the rooms was not working.

Fab hotel services are pathetic... No Hot water in the hotel room after 11 o'clock... No a/c and TV service in the room.... Although staff are good.. Hotel services and FEB hotels comunication may vary... Please check first.. do payment at the time of check-in.. not in advance..

Hi, I Stayed here with Family yesterday & booked for 3 Rooms for 15.03.25 To 16.03.25 Experience is worst 1.First of all There is no parking area as promised. 2.Manager is very Arogant towards Customer, as if he owned the Hotel. 3.Gyser in rooms not working properly, Water supply problem, main door lock problem,etc.& service is worst, as compared to 3*** Rated. ( I give 1*) 4.Not advisable for Family, & Sr.citizens as Lifts are not in Condition.( My Mom age 79 years came walking to downstairs, who is having Health issues) 5.Surprise with the Fabhotels Om Sai Hotel Experience.. Stay out of it

Worst hotel there is no star. Pls spend little extra and book a good branded room.

When we checked in the bathroom was completely in dust and mud. The TV did not function at all. The hot water service is only from 6am to 11am. The hotel staff was helpful enough. Over all its was an okay experience. Will not recommend if coming with family and children.

Very bad. Please remove hotel list from your list. Every thing we have to asked to provide. Minimum things is also not avaliable. Like drinking water. Wear drops, glass, hot water, bed sheet quality not good found burning sport in bed sheet. Blanket not clean properly. TV only 2 chenal is avaliable. Morning hot water in our room not available but they r provided in bucket.

Room was horrible..very terrible experience, bedsheet, curtains, and pillow was too dirty. No minimum facilities are available there. Do waiting in stations waiting room, but don't waist money on such type of property.
