Worst experience .bed linen is so dirty . yhey have switched off the ac main and till 9:30 in the night linen was not changed .ac was not working . they have collected total of rs.2750 in cash and if asked for a reciept they said it will be sent by mail ..i have already paid rs.538/- online and it was really a bad experience at fab hotel.. even call centre people doesnt care after booking is done

For every single thing you need to speak with reception and then they were doing. not even towel, soap, drinking water , glasses , spoon and tissue paper they are providing by themselves. for these things also we have to reach to them and wait for sometime to get it done. they need to improve their hospitality. i would suggest dont suggest this hotel to anyone.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.

Broken door latches, cant open the door. dirty bedsheets, asked to get the tv on but wasnt done. average food, nariyal chatni in dosa was dont know how old. had booked for my parents. pathetic experience. not booking ever. got a cheap hotel and that was much better

We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 17th april 2018 and were impressed with front desk team who go out of way to extend help. well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. we certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.
