"Staff was not cooperative, they tried to scam , as i reach hotel late night, the hotel staff take excess amount of booking from me, otherwise the owner of the hotel on call threatened me to step out of the hotel if I don't pay the excess amount to them.....very bad behaviour of owner"

"Disgusting hotels!!!pls go elsewhere... To begin with - the reception area was so dirty and the sofas has dirty and filthy upholstery. We didnt have parking also inspite of reservations. The roomd had mould all over the walls and spiders and cobwebs. The furniture was all withered and broken. The sofa in the room had fungus on it and wasnt wiped. The floor was all sticky. The pillows and bedsheets were all dark n smelly. The acrylic sheet on the roof in the bathroom was all broken and had fungus and cables hanging. There was no wifi, no phone in the room so we hv to go up and down the staircase to call for room service. The walls in the lobby was all mouldy and very unhygienic scenarion around. The stairs were all dirty and covered in mud and all the steps had soiled dishes with food in the plates. The hotel wouldnt refund the money hence we had to call the policeso sort stustuff which Fab inn manager of nashik Umesh has to find us a good hotel nearby and got us shifted on police's order. Or else we wud be calling booking.com and as always they wouldnt answer my calls and wudnt refund the money back. Best is call the cops if at all you are not happy with Fab inn. Only police can help us. Thepics displayed on booking.com is an illusion. the real world is different. The main door had such s big gap that people in the lobby can see me changing clothes in the room We were at Fab sahara inn hotel in Nashik. Room 201."

"Booking. Com and Fab Hotels should never suggest any facility which is under renovation. So much of dust right from reception to corridors. No wifi despite having advertised. No way to call room boy except to use your mobile to call reception and ask them. Bill had to asked for while vacating. Pleasing thing was the receptionist was cordial and helpful."

"The rooms are not good as shown in pictures.. No hot water before 6am.. I had a room where I can't get hot water.. I had shower with cold water.. Rooms are smelling very bad.. Manager didn't help.. I had ask 3-4 time then hi sent someone.. I request for hot water before 6am first the said ok and next day the said before 6am we can't provide you hot water.. I will never check in again in this hotel.."

"we had a very bad experience with this hotel fabexpress Sai lodging, when we checked in and saw the hotel rooms they were not same as shown in pictures, they were in really bad conditions . We tried to speak with the hotel manager and he started disrespecting us and was so loud and rude that we felt unsafe and felt like we are talking to a gangster, he asked his workers to throw our stuff outside the hotel and vacate property immediately . There was a nature spa on 2nd floor where all the girls were doing bad things,it looks like a brothel. We felt as if there were hidden cameras in the room and washrooms. Please don’t let this hotel use your platform to do all wrong things ."

"My parents stayed for 1 night, service was poor in terms of fixing tv and door latch as tv wasn't working and latch was broken. Washroom was not clean and when they asked, it was cleaned by water. When they asked for room change, they were offered room on 4th floor and lift wasn't working as well."

"Actually one star is also not good. They are attached to fab hotels and sucha blunder happened by them. They confirmed our booking and when we reached the hotel, they deny the confirmation. In the morning at 3am when the receptionist is talking rudely to us. There is no solution. Our money wasn't back and now I really suggest no-one to choose fab hotels"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Prestige Elite. The room was beautiful and the location was great. We walked to many things, but public transportation and tours were also close by. The breakfast each morning was really good as well and we could each eat on our own schedule. We would certainly stay there again next time. Owner and staff behavior was good, clean and cozy rooms. "Worst hotel … if I could give negative ratings, i would definitely give that.. there was no manager. I have to wait 10-15 minutes outside the hotel at 2 pm because no one was there to pick the call.The AC was not working, Bed and bathroom roof was broken. No intercom, No water bottles , no toiletries. And when I connected with fab hotel (through which i made the booking) they replied the manager is not picking our call you yourself have to go to the reception if you have any issues. And we cannot help you with any of this… Never booking again with FABHOTEL. Whoever is reading this , Please save your money and do not book this hotel. There are several good hotels in the same price and better location."

"Not recommended at all first of all this is fabexpress associate and not fabexpress owned ..they are cheats...had made reservation online when reached at night around 12:30 at property for check in....like any other fraud hotel they demand extra charges for child however on phone hotel staff(mr.yasin) and fabexpress staff(mr.pranav) both confirmed ur special child charges won't be applicable despite wats app chat with fabexpress additionally confirmed that child details age 10 years was clearly mentioned to them....won't recommend to book their hotel as hotel management didn't co-operate and said fabexpress staff are non professionals and they make false commitment to customers and don't mention correct terms at the time of booking so you please sort out with fab express and don't come to us"

"The only positive aspect of my stay was the helpful and prompt staff at reception, who quickly addressed my queries. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was highly disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with the tap water flow being extremely slow. The bed was uncomfortable and of poor quality, making it difficult to rest. Additionally, there were three power outages during my brief 5-hour stay, which further disrupted my ability to sleep. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend it in its current state."

"The hotel location is very strategic and easy for exploring the city.Also, the service was good. However, the toiletries provided in the bathroom included only 2 medimix soaps(They charged for the shampoo sachets and water bottles). WiFi wasn't available due to some cable issue.One electric kettle should've been available.Overall, our stay was good but aforementioned points should be noted for future customers from the viewpoint of the tariff that they charge (Rs.2100 a day).Also the airconditioner got malfunctioned at night and I was offered to change the room on the next day evening. There is no manual door latch from inside (only door knob where room key can be used to open the door) which is a must from security viewpoint."

"You guys should either shutdown your hotel business or seriously think about it. Trust me dhaba would be much better than you rooms & services. Basic thumb rule of this business - Atithi devo bhava. But seems like you guys are into some other thought process. I have long list, below are few. 1. Bed sheets are not at all clean & it's burned, torn out. 2. Bathroom equipments like taps, hand shower having leakage. 3. Walls are shedding out from its colour. Soon gonna be one ancient building/heritage. 4. In the name of staff, I see only one person at reception who is either bother to collect money or sleeping. 5. Rooms are having ancient amenities. 6. No lift service at all. And most funny part of the review is that you have (owner) has apologized, however there is still not improvement. Consistent with poor business strategy."

"Don’t book it by thinking it’s one of the fab hotels. It’s a very shabby place located on 2nd floor of a building that has pharmacy at ground floor and hospital on first floor. Rooms are very dirty and even have cockroaches. There is no system of hot water . Geyser is very small sometimes hot water comes sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it comes from washbasin and sometimes if u press flush then hot water comes. Even the hooks for hanging clothes come off easily and don’t even try to open the almirah - it houses the cockroaches. They don’t even come for cleaning unless asked. Even complimentary water is not provided instead sometimes they might even include in the bill. Breakfast is not provided in house and is provided from outside and that too they forget to give sometimes. Sofas are also dirty and we had asked to change the bed sheet upon arrival. Overall I would have given 0 but since the price was less so I have given 1 star. But I would recommend not to stay as it’s not very hygienic. Moreover is on one side of the Nasik main area and close to railway station. The actual city is 40 mins away. Even food around hotel is not very good: only place we used to go for dinner was Udupi which is at walkable distance. There is a Radhika hotel close by but it’s also good only during day as at night people come for drinks and food is not that good too."
