Dirty uncleaned room. Hotel staff don't do any regular cleaning if you are staying for longer period. Ac also didn't work. Location - in PAnchavati - it has all the important places nearby - lalaram, gora ram mandir, sita gufa , goda arati you can attend in the evening ( it starts by 7PM) At night you must visit the kalaram mandir It feels very peaceful.

Very bad experience I had in this rama palace hotel. Very dirty rooms, service is also very bad. Even they don't provide handwash to wash hands. Bedsheets and pillow was very dirty. Cockroaches are in the bathroom. They don't have any food or restaurant. Only for stay I have paid 1700/- . TV is only for show. They don't provide any service. No food. No tea coffee. Bed are very creaky.
Pathetic the rooms not clean bedsheet dirty, AC not in working condition it's not livable here at all. We stayed because of the location near to ghat please explore other options nearby a lot of dharmashala provides good stay option.
The worst experience I've had with Fab till date First the booking was done by third party person who asked for advance The rooms and washrooms were told to be clean and neat But when we got there The bedsheets was torn and the toilet was very very dirty After that the third person who did the booking asked for proof for returning the advance The worst experience I've ever had please don't improve this hotel shut it down. I don't have the option for 0 stars that'd why I have put 1 star

When we checked in the bathroom was completely in dust and mud. The TV did not function at all. The hot water service is only from 6am to 11am. The hotel staff was helpful enough. Over all its was an okay experience. Will not recommend if coming with family and children.
