Stayed in this hotel on the way back from mahakumbh.they provide very clean and neat rooms, the hotel is maintained very well.
Room was specious and location is very nice. Staff was helpful. One problem- room wasn't cleaned well (bed had hairs and some stuff from earliercheckout?) and soap was empty. Water wasn't available. Staff should check readiness of room.
I’ve never encountered a hotel that differentiates so unfairly between prepaid and postpaid customers. If you choose to pay after your stay, you’ll get access to parking inside the property. But if you’ve prepaid, don’t expect the same treatment. When you ask for parking, the reception staff responds rudely, saying, "You’re a prepaid customer — complain wherever you want. We don’t allow parking inside the property," even when you can clearly see cars parked inside by customers who will pay at checkout. They’ll give you the owner’s number to complain, but when you call, no one answers. So, think twice before paying upfront — it’s safer to settle your bill at checkout.
Far from Main road, parking is limited, Rooms are neat and clean, clean bathroom and clean lenin. Staff available Food to order from outside. Overall Good stay for me.
We booked 2 rooms for 5 people 3 in one and 3 in another which was clearly mentioned when we spoke to the fab hotel representative and they said it will be done. When we visited the property the owner wanted to charge extra for the 5th person seperately.
I had very terrible experience at Fab hotel the Imperial green at Nagpur. I made the reservation at FabHotels on phone at the amount told me by the Sales person and paid the advance towards booking but when I reached at hotel in night i was told that room can not be provided at the price on which reservation was done. He also told me that I had not paid any advance money as his system is not showing. You have to pay more if you wanted to stay. I had to pay extra bucks to him because I was with my senior citizen parents and with children below 5 years. Also rooms were in bad shapes and stinking bathroom and dirty bad sheets. Guys Pl stay away from these scammers and fraud.
Very very basic lavel of so called Hotel, only advantage of location. They didn't even provide very basic necessities, such bathroom upon asking they look confused. , really ?!!. I mean if you don't know then Rename it Aechnil lodge !
PLEASE DO NOT GO BY THE RATINGS, THEY ARE FAKE, FOR SURE. Had booked 2 rooms for 3 Adults and 2 kids aged 14 & 7 on booking.com 15th Feb 2025 Reached the place at 7:30 pm and was told that the 14 yr old will be treated as an adult and will have to pay extraa. When mentioned that it was not mentioned on booking.com, the receptionist said thats not his problem and that I need to sort it out with booking.com. Two room bookings could easily accommodate 4 adults but still agreed to pay extra for kid. Despite that the receptionist refused to allot the room and asked us to go elsewhere and finally booking.com alloted a property which was 15 km away. Zero sense of hospitality, may be this is a side business for owner, who according to the receptionist is difficult to deal with otherwise.
The rooms were not clean. Charged for water which was already included in the amenities shown. Locks were not working so couldn't lock the main door. There were ants everywhere on the Bed. Wifi was not working when confronted. No provision for hot water.
Rooms were ok but there was no proper hot water coming from the taps. Bedsheets and pillow covers seemed as though not washed from long time as they were so much dirty. Ordered coffee but It was cold. Dint like the stay here. Not suggestible
