Everything was clean and super good. This hotel is highly highly recommended because of the stuff (Mr. Goyal). He is such a nice person and took care of everything. While taking care of the brand, hotel, cleanliness and all requirements, he went above and beyond in terms of providing the best time at the stay. I would love to stay here again.
Good views from some rooms. Staff will help you find a parking since it is not easy to find one as the hotel is on a narrow street.. walking distance from mall road..
It was very good experience and the staff is excellent as well as they have a sense how to make a customer happy.
Nice place, Located near the Clock tower. Rooms are cozy. Mall road is approx 700 MTRS from stay. Staff is nice and quite helpful. Thank you Mr. Ritesh Goyal for the bike.
The room, staff, location, and cleanliness was excellent. The bathrooms were really nice.
Rooms were good as per price but are in a great news of repairs as in our room 2 mouse entered from the wholes below the curtain area , the service is little late ut takes approx 45 min to bring a ordered food to your table might also take a hour Overall it is good but they can invest in the repairs of the hotel
Good thing was the manager picked me from near picture palace n dropped near library chowk, so 3 stars there - Rooms too small, sofa torn, cigarette butts in washroom, no cleaning, tv setup box unavailable, washroom light not working. Location not too bad. overall if you are too poor then only go there otherwise, DON'T
