    "Beautiful hotel, beautiful view, beautiful location Just a 5 minute walk from Mall Road takes you to Hotel Sapphire, you get secure and free parking for your vehicle. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and courteous, and the owner of Sapphire Mr. Sumit Semwal ji is a very nice person."

    "Worst and Pathetic Hotel Services” All travellers please don't waste your money and time in searching this property in mussoorie which is simply a hoax and photos on the site are simply cheating which are nearly 5-10 years old....I visited on 28th Sept for 1 night with another family and Rooms we stayed were smelly,sticky,seepage in the bathroom door and room door,no paint on walls,tv,Phone and fan was not working staff have no manners to behave with their guests..No buffet or lunch dinner facilities from kitchen of this hotel..Our breakfast was served in our room after 01:15 hours later after several reminders when we ordered..Pathetic and worst hotels from FAB hotels ..Please immediately cancel your tie-up with these type of cheaters which named Hotel Royal Classic King's Mussoorie.No parking facility arrangement provided by them but luckily my car got parked in front of the hotel as I reached earlier,but it was in a very narrow lane and near to Mall road entry.Not recommended for any travellers and even I didn't get any support from FAB hotels customer care too after email them the photos."

When we asked them to change them, they initially refused, and only after asking two or three times did they change them. The towels provided were torn and dirty, and the geyser was so bad that we had to bathe in cold water. The food was not only overpriced but also of very poor quality.
