Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.
Hotel was in good location, well connected to the nearby market. Food and decent, ordered from outside ocassionally.
Pleasant, professional staff with wonderful property and facilities !
Nice hospitality, good bed, cooperative staff, good social sense, food was fine ,it was a beautiful ambience around , location was good ,things were taken care at short notice , overall a beautiful stay, would surely recommend.
Very Nice & clean property, with a lavish breakfast & that too value for money
I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given had no windows, making it feel like a cramped, claustrophobic cage. It was also extremely dirty, which added to my discomfort. When I requested a room change, the manager informed me that there were no other options available. Additionally, the surrounding area was filthy and unwelcoming, making it impossible for me to stay. I checked out the same day and did not continue my stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyoneit was an absolutely terrible experience
The room was not maintained clean. They didnt provide breakfast and after complaining to customer care, they provided some shit food. No wifi, nothing. Beds are not clean, full of bugs and they gave a terrible towel
To all travellers , Don't book this hotel .The staff was very Rude and they charged an extra 700 rs . We visited at Night that's why they charged extra 700
Firstly room was not given as per the picture then i asked for the same room they said we have only 2 or 3 rooms like that which are shown in online. Questioning to that we want the same room the receptionist asked me to cancel the booking, when i told him ill talk to customer care then he told me to wait they will same that room. Overall room was disappointing.
