"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean and bed comfortable. There is hot water, AC, TV, and the wifi was good as well. For sure you will hear noises from the streets but it is Mumbai…during the night it was overall quiet. Easy to get food delivered and they also offer breakfast in the morning. Near the airport and Bandra train station. Recommended!"

"This hotel is spoiling the image of Fab hotels. On website room appears clean, in reality rooms are run down, wall paint chipped, cockroaches in room, hair on bed and floor. Towel and bedsheet dirty, used condom wrapper in bed side drawer. Washroom stinking, not clean. Water leaking from AC, ac remote wasn’t working properly. When i check in washroom door was locked and it took them 20 minutes to open door. Entire night I couldn’t sleep because cockroaches coming on bed. Worst stay ever, I booked this hotel because of fab hotels name."

Moulds in bathroom.Overall a very worst kind of service."

"I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot. There was no Wi-Fi, and to make matters worse, there was zero mobile network, making it impossible to stay connected. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom itself was also unclean and uncomfortable. There is no serious attention from hotel reception to our problems. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it lacks even the most basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Avoid at all costs!"

"Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your properties. I had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price I booked at was too low. This is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with FabHotel and offer a discount? The issue was eventually resolved after I contacted FabHotels customer care, but this should never have happened. If the pricing was an issue between you and FabHotel, it should not affect your guests. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded Aadhar cards from all four members of my party. One of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. Instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. Its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. Once we checked in, the problems only got worse. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and there were major water issues. The bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when I called room service to report it, I was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. If you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? On top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. To add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. When one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. FabHotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. This was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and I will not be returning to this property. I advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation."

"Location wise the establishment is.ok. it is named under fab hotel but at the establishment it is mentioned as Oyo hotel. Secondly rooms are ok, but the maintenance is to be improved a lot. Bedsheets & window blinds are giving bad odour. There is now water provided in rooms for drinking. Also the towel provided was smelly & worn out. Getting breakfast is also a hassle. Seriously there is room for a lot of improvement. Personally for me this is not pleasant at all."

It truly felt worth the money spent. A great feature was that online food delivery services were allowed, and there was a convenient breakfast spot nearby. One important thing to note: while booking for two people is hassle-free, any additional guest will incur an extra charge of ₹800-₹1000 per person, but they do provide a mattress for added comfort."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Hotel is new but name was Breeze Bay but i had booked Fab Hotels Square7. Entrance is very bad.Vicinity is like slum n not good. But advantage is close to US Consulate.Inhad meeting there so for me was very convenient to reach.Also very close to airport. There is no attached restaurant so pls keep this in mind while booking.Also breakfast was complimentary but when I asked i was told ,Poha has finished ,pls have bread butter."

Rooms are small and cramped Cleanliness was ok ok The only advantage is the hotel is just 2 km from the biometric centre and consulate No hot water electric kettle in room The reception has a hot water machine. We have to go there everytime and refill. They will refill a jug and deliver to room also Restaurant facility is available. Its ok ok. All chicken dishes tasted same. Complimentary breakfast everyday was bread omlet."

"DO NOT BOOK from FABHOTELS, they are extreme frauds. An executive named JYOTHI answered our call and said that three ppl will be accommodated within the said price. She also said that the hotel has a garden and is spacious to record reels. She said if we need to increase our stay by two hours we'll need to give them 500 rs more. All of this was discussed on call for 20 mins (number from Fav hotels website) We booked and paid. Later on reaching the hotel, the receptionist said that only 2 ppl are booked and an extra 1k will be taken for the 3rd person. We also have to pay 2k extra if we want to extend an hour. We told him about the prior communication, he said he cannot do anything about it as he is not liable to what the website executives communicate. We then contacted FABHOTELS again and after waiting on call for 15 mins they picked up and said nothing can be done. I warn anyone booking from FABHOTELS to just search somewhere else. These scammers will waste ur time on call telling anything you want to hear till u do the booking, after that u r ignored. The hotel was nothing as mentioned... The room was small and no garden outside just a plain construction site. The extra mattress given for 1k was bad and not worth spending any money."

"Don't believe the photos on the website or in the review sections. It all fake and edited. The area around the hotel is not as shown in the pictures. The rooms were very dirty with live cockroaches all around. The AC was spitting ice on the beds and making weird noise and it was leaking. The hygiene was terrible. The mopped floor was also very sticky. The Bathrooms were dirty with no AC/ventilation. There were no toiletries. The steel holders, the basin and taps were very unkempt and rusted."

"Rooms I've given 3 star bcz it's not worthy of money compare to location. Rooms are very small and water is dripping from roof in washroom. Location is bit scary as it's completely looks like slum but people at the reception area very nice and they help me with the smooth checkin and also know hospitality very well but no room amenities were placed in the room and I booked with breakfast but no bkf on the first day,came here for the quick visit overall ok ok stay."
