The hotel was exactly as advertised, the staff were helpful and the room was clean and quite. The room we had did not have a window which I personally prefer to have.

Really loved the room.. pretty spacious as compared to rooms of other hotels in similar category. Bathroom was pretty spacious and clean as well.

Checkin was delayed by over 2 hours. Room had cockroaches. And the 3 people room was too small with no windows. Maybe worth the price in Mumbai but not good overall. It is a bit difficult to find and looks shady. Linen was also not very clean in 1 room. The other room was better. But don't expect any services from the staff. I had to attend a concert so I took the booking otherwise I would have cancelled.

Room was too small and while going to hotel it self many mentioned its not good and when I entered got to know its not good, bed smell in hotel not even only. Toiletries we have requested them and checkout after 4 hours

This was probably my worst experience with any hotel staff. The guy who showed us our room blatantly asked for room service (cash) as soon as we entered. It had just been 1 minute of us being in the room and he already wanted money. When we asked him to come back later, he started practically begging for it. The rooms were very badly maintained, the washroom had leaking taps, the room was incredibly small, everything was off about this place.

Bed linen was not changed first 3 days. WC in bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Very bad odour in bathroom area. There is no window in the room. No ventilation in the room. AC remote was off. TV was suddenly turning off. Had to request to clean the room, they did not clean it themselves, Hand towel was not provided overall stay. All housekeeping staff need to train properly. (The person who clean the bathroom, dont have proper chemicals and WC Brush)

Horrible place. It's not worth the price you pay. It's just a cheap unhygienic hotel with a fabhotel tag. The bed sheets, pillow, blankets were not washed since ages. They hiked the price sice there was Coldplay concert. Such a cheap gimmick by fabhotels.

I consider Fab Hotel's service to be the best, but from now on, I will never book a room with Fab Hotel in my life because my last experience was so terrible that I will never be able to forget it for the rest of my life.

Rooms are unhygienic, and all areas are spread with cockroaches & bed bugs. Pillows are with hair & are very very dirty for stay. I will give 0 out of 10 .

Your hotel does not fit in 3 star hotel category...we had terrible experience...hoping you would really take action either to make hotel clean or downgrade your category from 3 star
