Hotel Riza is a wonderful stay option, offering clean and comfortable rooms, excellent hospitality, and a convenient location near the railway station.

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. I am talking here about all the staff I interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. The informations receied were always correct and I felt safe. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for the money.

Except for the location is in corporate center and unlike other fab hotels i have been this one is without lift and rooms are kind of single.bed room .good for.business traveller's not.for.family

Washroom smelled very bad and wasn't cleaned even after asking them to do so multiple times..tv wasn't working..room service wasnt up to the mark..would be provided with things only after asking multiple times

Too many cockroach and mosquitos in room and bathroom door broken,even cleanness issue bucket/juck not clean. I will not recommend or stay again .. thks

No geyser, I had to use cold water AND no AC The entire night room was hot even in the morning, tried to complain during night time but no one picked the call

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabExpress Deluxe Comfort. Despite arriving well past the check-in time of 11 AM (at 2 PM), the room was not ready, and the staff only began cleaning it after our arrival. The room allotted to us was far below acceptable standards. It was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor of water seepage and smoke. The bed linens were old, stained, and far from clean, while the bath towels provided were in a similar unhygienic state. The bathroom ceiling was dripping continuously, creating a damp environment and an unbearable smell. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation and was nothing like the photos displayed on the website. To make matters worse, we discovered a dead cockroach under the bed, which was extremely off-putting. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend FabExpress Deluxe Comfort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Horrible experience with the front desk staff named Rana. He was rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the guest and not corporative at all. He make us stood outside hotel for an hour and doesnt ready to talk to customer service of FAB people. Ruthless person I have ever seen in my life. Will never recommend to any one. Rooms, bedsheet washroom everything was filthy. Bad service

Worst experience, not at all recommended even for 500 rupees. Broken tv, bad smell, dirty towels, bedsheets and blankets, no ventilation in room, hard mattress and also room was not clean.

The fab hotel chain is full of scammers and frauds. They are very unprofessional and running a CHEAP HOTEL FRANCHISE. They took the booking and refused to provide the rooms and on calls they denied for the booking. Customer services took 50mins to connect and put you on hold for next 35mins to answer and then a untrained assistance try to justify their mistakes. Their policy is always non-cancellation which means you book the room, pay Fab and forget the room. I really want the owner to get arrested for running this chain of scammers & cheaters.
