    "SCAM ALERT - Extortions for Coldplay Concert Our booking (confirmed on 23rd October) for a two day stay over the weekend of the concert happening, was cancelled one month later due to "technical issues". Initial cost of room per night was INR 9000 per night. And suddenly one month later Fab Express team have woken up to the strategy of making is INR 57,000 per night. Their words "pay extra or we will not honour your confirmed booking". The receptionist at the property himself stated a bold "YES" when I asked him have you not suddenly changed the price because of the Coldplay concert. Blames flying all over the place - "talk to booking.com" or "pay us more and we'll reserve it again". My humble request to those who see this review - you might like the property, the prices sound nice to you BUT don't empower these scammy profiteers over human spirit. Do not allow these scam money making machines to leech of honest people travelling just to get a break from the hectic lives."

My confirmed booking was canceled without any prior notice, leaving me stranded and scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. This complete lack of communication and disregard for guests’ plans is unacceptable. This isn't just poor service; it's outright negligence. If this matter is not addressed immediately, I will be pursuing legal action for the inconvenience and expenses caused by this breach of contract. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with this establishment."

    "car parking facility not there as we have parked on road. i had requested for fab hotal blue diamond but they told me that room was not available but while visit there , staff told me that many rooms are available then i had requested customer care for change of room but they had refused without any reason . i would recommended to book by OYO that is much better from FAB hotel service."

    "I want to give zero stars for their services. Pathetic experience. I had a confirmed booking which they cancelled one month after full payment. I had booked 2 rooms for 6k which they cancelled and started demanding 59k for same dates. Pathetic and greedy!! They don't provide a solution, simply saying now price is 59k (outrageous) It's not a 5 star hotel and I don't understand what the increase in price is about"

    "Hello everyone, I recently stayed at this hotel for five days, and while the hotel itself has potential, the service was unfortunately very disappointing. My room was not cleaned during my entire stay, and I did not receive any change of bed linens or towels. Additionally, there were no toiletries provided, such as hand wash or shampoo. Overall, the lack of room service and facilities significantly affected my experience. I would rate the room service as zero stars."
