The room was compact although it was at a Very good hotel at a very lively location with a very good price. No space to blow my nose at the sink tho.
fabulous hotel, excellent service, luxurious, everything a discerning traveller can as for.
"Conveniently located with easy access to a variety of restaurants and food options. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and budget-friendly. A medical facility next door is an added bonus for families. Highly recommended for a comfortable and affordable stay." Also a lift available to go upstairs.
Very good staff, very clean and absolutely no hastles . Just in front of Gate way of India.
Very poor hotel, over charged by Fab hotels, they don't even have tea coffee maker in the room, the Fab staff just ensured they get there commission and promised a room with windows and great breakfast, as a result we were stuck by paying them in advance deposit online, the property owner cannot do anything. It was terrible experience breakfast despite telling them no sugar in the coffee was loaded with sugar, the bathroom was so small and the water does not drains itself after paying 7000-/ Rs for 02 Nights it was not worth the money. The room was a Box.
First of all Hotel location and address is not updated on MMT site. Hotel has shifted its operations to another address. We were left stranded on closed location, like at 11 pm in night. Hotel new location is good. it's very near to Gateway of India and Taj Mahal Palace. Apart from this there is nothing good I can say about this Hotel. We booked Room with breakfast, but after reaching Hotel we found out that Hotel does not have kitchen and does not serve breakfast. After much discussion manager told that he will get breakfast delivered. But the quality of food was pathetic. Rooms and bathroom are too small. I would say not good value for money.
The hotel was terrible... but you get what you pay for with the price and it was a great location. The wifi was good, and fast. There were no windows in our 'deluxe' room, and when we asked for one with a window they showed us one that was much smaller with no view and no private bathroom. There are no toiletries provided except for the handsoap (which we had to ask for). The room was dirty, the bedsheets had rips in them but it was fairly comfortable. There were hairs on the sheets also. There were bugs everywhere!! For a room with no windows, there shouldn't have been as many insects as there were. I saw a rat when I went up the stairs, on the way to the room! The shower and sink had decent water pressure, but there is no hot water, just cold (which is fine in this weather but we like a choice). They ran out of toilet paper so they gave us napkins instead lol Honestly, this place is terrible but if you're a budget traveller, and can deal with no windows and lots of bugs...
I had a terrible experience at Hotel Amber Palace. The rooms were filthy, smelly, and poorly maintained. The sheets looked unwashed, and the bathroom was in horrible condition. The service was extremely bad—staff were rude and unhelpful, making the stay even worse. The biggest shock was the food; not only was it tasteless and unhygienic, but I even found a cockroach in my meal! It was absolutely disgusting. This hotel is a complete nightmare, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid it at all costs. Don’t waste your money here—you’ll regret it! Stay somewhere else for a better experience.
I recently booked this hotel for my family the hotel was not at all like it was seen in the booking apps. Cracked and stained walls and stairs they didn't even provide elevator services to all the floors. Due to all such reasons my family had to relocate to a different hotel for accommodation. I don't know what they were trying to do by giving a floor where there is no elevator facility. I request the apps through which the hotel booking is possible to verify the details the hotels such as these be provided to be shown in the app too,Because it was like day and night. Very annoying experience.
Very very bad experience . The front office staff very rude behaviour not at all good to the customer Not at all recommended Pls find other hotels for stay as this is very bad for stay Staff behaviour very poor Room very small not worthy for 3500 at all Very bad experience from here The food were kept open a whole day here As we had our break fast from hotel restaurant..night we came back to same place to eat dinner the bread packet was kept open from morning to night This packet was given to the visitors next day
