    "I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot. There was no Wi-Fi, and to make matters worse, there was zero mobile network, making it impossible to stay connected. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom itself was also unclean and uncomfortable. There is no serious attention from hotel reception to our problems. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it lacks even the most basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Avoid at all costs!"

    "Im writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my recent stay at one of your properties. I had the worst experience and feel compelled to share my concerns. First of all, I had called ahead to confirm my arrival time, only to be told by the manager that my room would not be provided because the price I booked at was too low. This is outrageousif the price was not acceptable to the hotel, why did you partner with FabHotel and offer a discount? The issue was eventually resolved after I contacted FabHotels customer care, but this should never have happened. If the pricing was an issue between you and FabHotel, it should not affect your guests. Secondly, when we arrived at the hotel, the manager demanded Aadhar cards from all four members of my party. One of us didnt have the back side of the card immediately available, and we assured him that we would provide it by the evening. Instead of accommodating this, the manager rudely told us we couldnt check in without it. Its unacceptable to speak to guests in such a manner, especially when we had already booked and paid for the room. Once we checked in, the problems only got worse. The TV and Wi-Fi were not working, and there were major water issues. The bathrooms flush wasnt functioning, and when I called room service to report it, I was shockingly told to "manage with my own" because they were aware of a plumbing issue. If you know about such issues, why arent they repaired before guests arrive? On top of that, the water in the shower stopped intermittently, making it extremely difficult to bathe, and the room was infested with mosquitoes. To add to this appalling experience, there was an incident where a group of boys got stuck in the hotels lift. When one of their friends asked the manager for help, the manager told him that they needed to rescue themselves and that he wouldnt help! This is absolutely disgraceful behavior and shows a complete lack of concern for guest safety. FabHotel, if you want to maintain your reputation and grow as a brand, I strongly suggest you reconsider your relationship with this property or replace the entire staff, especially the manager. This was the worst hotel experience Ive ever had, and I will not be returning to this property. I advise anyone else considering this hotel to think twice and look elsewhere for accommodation."

Attitude of staff makes you feel disgusted, anything that you highlight or ask for is unheard. Never plan your stay in this place. I was bluffed & fooled looking at the reviews, ended up making biggest mistake to book it for stay."

    "The hotel is well located on the main road and near to sion railway station. But the location is all in the market place. The rooms and the services are not worth the amount. They do not give any water bottle or any provision to make tea coffee in room. You only get soap and towel. Though the wifi was good and rooms had smart tv. Price could have been a little less. Not worth 3k. The hotel has their own restaurant service to order food and breakfast if added is given in room."

    "Pathetic rooms. Horrible staff. We booked for 3 nights but immediately after check in 1 hour we wanted to leave the place but were forced to stay overnight as staff sad they will not let us take our stuff with us. We paid advance for a day and ready to pay even whatever amount is applicable for one night but denied as they wanted fab customer care to modify the booking before we leave. Fab customer care were also horrible people supporting lies of hotel manager but finally got rid of the hotel and booked a descent one near BKC. Don’t visit this place until you want to risk your health. Dirty smelly Rooms and corridors. Dirty beddings and towels."

    "I recently stayed at Hotel Deepak under the Fab Hotels chain, and I am extremely disappointed with my experience. To start with, the air conditioning in my room was faulty, leading to water leakage throughout my stay. This caused an incredibly uncomfortable and damp environment, making it impossible to relax. As if this wasn't bad enough, the bed had bedbugs. I woke up with multiple bites, which were not only painful but also extremely alarming. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Overall, my stay at Hotel Deepak was a nightmare. The poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness have left me with a very bad impression of Fab Hotels. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. ---"

When I was checking out, he was asking for more money. Worst customer experience ever with worst staff. Very unsafe for females. Towards the end when I said I am getting late he’s warning me that he’ll do a police complaint for no reason whatsoever. Do no book this hotel. I would like the upper management of this hotel to check what’s up with the staff there. They need to learn manners and morals."
