Generally the staff is very co-operative & friendly, property is pretty neat & clean, rooms are comfortable. Food also is good.
Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. Especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. Me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. Will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting here
The sealing was leaking and the ac was not working The hotel staff is good the rooms are pathetic even after Booking you have few worn out options to choose from where you have to compromise here and there
Rooms are very small rooms are not clean we order in breakfast dosa and they have provided uttapa...it's not good and price also very high
The breakfast included in my room was not provided and the person on the reception said that fabhotels has done a fraud with you as we only provide paid breakfast. He then forced me to call the customer care and wasted my precious 15 minutes which ended up by hanging up the call as the customer care of fabhotel could not respond in time. Both the manager and fabhotels fought on the phone on that issue in front of other customer too. It is pathetic service. Never experienced this with any of my bookings till now with fabhotels. But this experience left me dislike the way fabhotels handles the situation and how that person risked been given a negative feedback to save his 100 rs.
Horrible smelly rooms with seepage all over and ineffective AC. Washroom fittings were so dirty & rusted, I had to use tissues to touch them. Shower head was caked up and couldn't get water properly. To top it all, the owner/front desk staff started doing a pooja at 8 in the morning and ringing bells loudly, meant you couldn't sleep either.
The worst stay of my life I ever had. The ac was not working, the room condition was pathetic, paint was peeling all around, no availability of hotel kitchen. If you are travelling, I woulr hoghly not recommend this stay. Please find other place to lstay.
The room was not maintained clean. They didnt provide breakfast and after complaining to customer care, they provided some shit food. No wifi, nothing. Beds are not clean, full of bugs and they gave a terrible towel
I had a highly disappointing experience at this hotel. The room I was given had no windows, making it feel like a cramped, claustrophobic cage. It was also extremely dirty, which added to my discomfort. When I requested a room change, the manager informed me that there were no other options available. Additionally, the surrounding area was filthy and unwelcoming, making it impossible for me to stay. I checked out the same day and did not continue my stay. I would never recommend this hotel to anyoneit was an absolutely terrible experience
To all travellers , Don't book this hotel .The staff was very Rude and they charged an extra 700 rs . We visited at Night that's why they charged extra 700
