"The fab hotel chain is full of scammers and frauds. They are very unprofessional and running a CHEAP HOTEL FRANCHISE. They took the booking and refused to provide the rooms and on calls they denied for the booking. Customer services took 50mins to connect and put you on hold for next 35mins to answer and then a untrained assistance try to justify their mistakes. Their policy is always non-cancellation which means you book the room, pay Fab and forget the room. I really want the owner to get arrested for running this chain of scammers & cheaters."

"The rooms in this hotel are extremely small, even smaller than the toilet in my house. The rooms are so tiny that two people can't be comfortable in one room; it feels suffocating. As for their complimentary breakfast, it's absolutely terrible and third-class. We only ate it on the first day and refused to have it for the next two days. Instead, we opted for breakfast elsewhere."

We paid advance amount for booking and after visiting their property we decided not to stay there but they were forcing us to pay full amount and fabhotel customer care was doing the same thing. We were scammed by fabhotel and were trapped as well. We left property anyhow and would never suggest anyone to stay here and don’t book hotels via fabhotel as well. Their customer care team is big scammer"

"Had a great time there , yes area is little messy and smelly but inside the hotel it's completely different. There is darga beside it nothing wrong in it . Staff was great and the owner was great and friendly. They always responds to every call and quick too. In Mumbai i think the hotel is peaceful and worth the money. I am a vegetarian I had survived there easily so you can easily stay there and enjoy (little hard to survive outside but it's a matter of minutes outside) And had to mention that I wanted one room for myself but AC was new so there was difficultly to on it , they shifted me to a 2 Bedroom without charging extra and made my stay happier and comfortable."
