    "It was not at all a happy experience staying in this hotel. It's neither fabulous, nor royal and lacked standards one would expect from a decent hotel. A smelly drain outside greeted us. The hotel is only on a single floor (second floor to be precise), the pic of the hotel's multistorey building on website is misleading. The 'deluxe' room given to me didn't have any window, and the room was too small compared with the pic on the website. The smell of air in the washroom was not at all enjoyable. Fortunately I had booked it for overnight stay only and the torture was over next morning. Won't stay in it again!"

    "A complete rip-off - the building in which the hotel was housed was virtually non-existent - no visible signage. The corridors were dingy, and the rooms were very far from the pictures given - no connection whatsoever!!! Were those reviews true or were they just rigged or even worse - paid reviews???? What is most distressing is the amount that was paid - for a 3k plus room, there is nothing much to talk about. How does one trust a review and make a decision based on one! FabHotels - I thought the name meant something - now, I will certainly not recommend them to anyone or stay there myself. Please think more than just twice before you stay in a FabHotel."

    "Pleasant Stay, But A Few Shortcomings; I recently stayed at fab royal hotel and found it to be a good experience. The duplex rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, but the lack of proper ventilation was a downside. It made feel a bit stuffy, Other than that, the receptionist was good , service was satisfactory and the amenities were decent. Overall, it's a reasonable place to stay in Andheri East, Mumbai."

    "I booked a deluxe double bed room. The room was small and cozy. Behaviour of the staff was rude. They provided only two pieces of soap bars in the name of bathroom accessories. Breakfast was also not good. It seemed like they brought the breakfast from some roadside vendors. No tea or coffee or milk was provided in breakfast. There was nothing like dining area. Wifi signals were also very weak. There is no Power Backup in this hotel as the power was missing for 1 hour approx in the morning."

    "Pathetic, Cheaters, we had booked 2 rooms for a family 1 month before and paid in advance. When reached the Hotel rooms are pathetic. Steel cots and very unpleasant. It looked like a bachelor accomdation. When confronted they are rude and not willing to return, finally we had to change the hotel. We booked the Hotel after going through Google reviews, and I guess all photos and the reviews mentioned are fake."

    "The FabHotel guy said that he is giving me the best, and even though I informed him that the best room in the hotel, I got the worst one that to a very tiny room who is geyser was not working nor the switch between the shower and the tap was working properly. He was offering me to change the room in the middle of the night at 3 AM, what kind of service is fab providing, and what kind of service is the property providing where disappointed will never use fab again"
