He was offering me to change the room in the middle of the night at 3 AM, what kind of service is fab providing, and what kind of service is the property providing where disappointed will never use fab again"

    "So called deluxe room, without any meaning, once we saw the deluxe room, then we requested to change to premium they charged extra and asked us pay immediately we don't have choice we paid, and asked for the bill but they denied to give, after multiple request finally 3rd day they given bill for the extra charges without GST, it's like a manual receipt, there is no breakfast, no staff to buy anything, even drinking water not served properly, even I can add more points like this...."

    "The room was very small, and we checkout the next day after checking in as my partner couldnt even bear the smell and lack of cleanliness in the room. I couldnt even give 1 star itself!!! Looks like i wont even try fabhotels anymore!! Not even worth thr money!!! No proper cleaning!! The waste bin was still filled with even condom wraps,lot of dust, bathroom and room stinks, no proper airconditioning, i wont even prefer this to anyone and this is not even worth 1000rupees per night!! The worst stay i ever had in my life!!"

    "The hotel room was rat infested. The area behind the curtain was covered with rat poop (see attached pic). I changed the room 3 times. The rooms were badly maintained - dust underneath the bed was not cleaned at all, the AC filters were dirty, and the bathroom fixtures all have leakages or broken pipes. I had to stay because of my work closeby. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its better to pay a bit more and find other options for stay. I'll post pictures regarding these problems i faced. I even have a video clip of the rat that was found in my room. The hotel staff were insensitive and untrained."
