"We had booked room for the family of five for three days with breakfast option from their own app itself. But on arrival, their hotel manager denied for breakfast for which we paid extra 1500. Their team said they will give refund for the same, but they didn't. Later on in mail they said that the refund cannot be given and blah blah. Followed a lot on calls and mails with them but no response this thos bad experience in this regard. Otherwise hotel was fine. Thanks"

"Rooms have no ventilation, and i really mean not a single ventilltion, you feel dizzy, you can't extend your hands and turn in the bathroom its that small, electricity doesn't work, wifi also, security questionable, walked past the caretaker and 3 am to the first floor without them even noticing. I'll cut it short, DONT. BOOK. THIS. ONE. I'm sure there were better hotels on the same road, please opt for them. This hotel singlehandedly ruined the Bombay experience."

"I had the worst experience of my life at this hotel. Despite my check-in time being from 12 PM to the next day at 11 AM, I arrived slightly late, only to find that my room had been given to someone else, seemingly for the sake of profit. I reached the hotel at 2 PM and was made to wait until 3 PM for a room. When I contacted FabExpress customer service, they refused to take responsibility or offer no refund. The room itself was filthy, with a mouse spotted on the floor, and the staff, including the manager, showed no respect towards customers. I had also paid extra for breakfast, but they refused to serve it due to timing issues. Overall, this was a terrible experience."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"Very bad expressions staying with this hotel fabexpress ador inn, full day owners and their family sitting in the lobby guest can not sit in the lobby. Breakfast they have given first day 2 poori and Aaloo sabji and tea and second day samber with 2 Idli & 2 bada. 10:20 AM one staff came to my room and said your check-out is 11 AM and I have informed him check-out i guess at 1200 Hrs. and why you asking me this. And I am getting ready now and I have called my taxi at 11 AM so I am going. After sometime he came again and saying that reception Madam want to talk to you so you come to reception and I told him I am changing cloth why she want to me talk and let me change than only I can come out as I have to go to my meeting. Immediately owner said to his staff tell him if he will not come out by 11 AM then he has to pay late charges or we will through his luggage. This kind of language he has use. finaly I have to left hotel any how by 11 AM then why this kind of language he has used. What Fabhotel giving this kind of services to his guest...??kindly answer.."

"I have a veey bad experience with Fab service. The hotel denied my booking and the customer care was very irresponsible. It took almost 2 hours to resolve my issue. I have done the payment while booking and they literally tested my patience. That too in the midnight.. Really horrible service from the fab hotels"

"Truly impressive management of this hotel..the people are too good...staff and all management team handle guests very very well..we were a family and initially skeptical when we checked in and had 5 days to go but found them very friendly to deal. they never said no to anything but gave their best attempt for anything we asked in 5 days of our stay. Premium rooms are small but we changed to executive rooms on second day and it had sufficient space to manage. We are planning to stay again in our next Mumbai visit ..thanks to RK!!"

"Rooms I've given 3 star bcz it's not worthy of money compare to location. Rooms are very small and water is dripping from roof in washroom. Location is bit scary as it's completely looks like slum but people at the reception area very nice and they help me with the smooth checkin and also know hospitality very well but no room amenities were placed in the room and I booked with breakfast but no bkf on the first day,came here for the quick visit overall ok ok stay."
