Hotel premises no proper board to identify(may be due to renevation works, but neglegence), rooms were dirty, cocroaches roaming, old and terrific ac, door lock not at all safe, lights switches not working, floor not clean, what not everything. one more pathetic, by the side our room more than 10 members were there with too much of noise at mid night also. "*my suggetion remove this hotel from fabhotels*".

On night of 30th june it was raining and i came back to hotel by a cab and needed to go to atm to withdarw cash so can pay the driver and i requested for an umbrella the security said they dnt have it and then wen i asked to call the manager on duty the manager came out and started yelling on me as he was sleeping and i asked him to meet me. i have been chargen 1000 rs extra as for a meeting i had an person coming to my room for just 2 to 3 hrs and i paid it but 1st i was asked to pay that to ekta rana's personal googlepay account wen i asked an official receipt for the same she was giving me an hand written recipt for it without any gst no i refused to pay in that manner so she was behaving complete rude i have never seen any hotel charging 1000 rs for a guest coming in for 2 to 3 hrs still was paying it but she was damm rude and i guess that was the amount she wanted for her personal income and its what i understood by her behaviour and then i was asked to pay it by imps to their boss account as i denied to pay her on her personal account
