3 GoodThe service is good but don't expect a great business trip with a stay here. got charged extra for a breakfast combination but there isn't even a kitchen here and the first night i noticed the sheets were stained which got replaced in an hour. overall the people are great but they need some serious rework on the standard if they are keeping that name of 7 stars.Arun V Oommen, 6 Jul

3 GoodService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 1 Nov

4 Very GoodVery good place for budget hotel. the staff is was nice and friendly. breakfast was good even tho just veg options of poha, upma, idli and medu wada. bedsheet needs to be vacuumed better. only negative point was, there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room inspite of putting the all out coils. its pretty evident from the walls.Shyam, 7 Feb
