"Great Stay, Excellent Service!" I can highly recommend Fabexpress Accore! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff is fantastic, with the reception team always making sure that all your needs are met. Being just a few meters from Sakinaka Metro Station, its perfect for anyone traveling around Mumbai. There are plenty of street food options nearby, and the laundry and food order facilities make the stay even more convenient. Definitely the best place Ive found in the Sakinaka area!

Checkin was delayed by over 2 hours. Room had cockroaches. And the 3 people room was too small with no windows. Maybe worth the price in Mumbai but not good overall. It is a bit difficult to find and looks shady. Linen was also not very clean in 1 room. The other room was better. But don't expect any services from the staff. I had to attend a concert so I took the booking otherwise I would have cancelled.

Too many cockroach and mosquitos in room and bathroom door broken,even cleanness issue bucket/juck not clean. I will not recommend or stay again .. thks

No geyser, I had to use cold water AND no AC The entire night room was hot even in the morning, tried to complain during night time but no one picked the call

The rooms were not clean, the TV was not working, breakfast was not given, and a water bottle was not provided. I need my money back on this. Also you have charged me a room with breakfast but that's not given.

Bed linen was not changed first 3 days. WC in bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Very bad odour in bathroom area. There is no window in the room. No ventilation in the room. AC remote was off. TV was suddenly turning off. Had to request to clean the room, they did not clean it themselves, Hand towel was not provided overall stay. All housekeeping staff need to train properly. (The person who clean the bathroom, dont have proper chemicals and WC Brush)

Rooms are unhygienic, and all areas are spread with cockroaches & bed bugs. Pillows are with hair & are very very dirty for stay. I will give 0 out of 10 .

Horrible experience with the front desk staff named Rana. He was rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the guest and not corporative at all. He make us stood outside hotel for an hour and doesnt ready to talk to customer service of FAB people. Ruthless person I have ever seen in my life. Will never recommend to any one. Rooms, bedsheet washroom everything was filthy. Bad service

Worst experience, not at all recommended even for 500 rupees. Broken tv, bad smell, dirty towels, bedsheets and blankets, no ventilation in room, hard mattress and also room was not clean.

Rooms were infected with insects. Worst stay ever
