    "This was probably my worst experience with any hotel staff. The guy who showed us our room blatantly asked for room service (cash) as soon as we entered. It had just been 1 minute of us being in the room and he already wanted money. When we asked him to come back later, he started practically begging for it. The rooms were very badly maintained, the washroom had leaking taps, the room was incredibly small, everything was off about this place."

    "Bed linen was not changed first 3 days. WC in bathroom was not cleaned properly. Bathroom exhaust fan was not working. Very bad odour in bathroom area. There is no window in the room. No ventilation in the room. AC remote was off. TV was suddenly turning off. Had to request to clean the room, they did not clean it themselves, Hand towel was not provided overall stay. All housekeeping staff need to train properly. (The person who clean the bathroom, dont have proper chemicals and WC Brush)"

    "Checkin was delayed by over 2 hours. Room had cockroaches. And the 3 people room was too small with no windows. Maybe worth the price in Mumbai but not good overall. It is a bit difficult to find and looks shady. Linen was also not very clean in 1 room. The other room was better. But don't expect any services from the staff. I had to attend a concert so I took the booking otherwise I would have cancelled."

    "Horrible place. It's not worth the price you pay. It's just a cheap unhygienic hotel with a fabhotel tag. The bed sheets, pillow, blankets were not washed since ages. They hiked the price sice there was Coldplay concert. Such a cheap gimmick by fabhotels."

    "I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at FabExpress Deluxe Comfort. Despite arriving well past the check-in time of 11 AM (at 2 PM), the room was not ready, and the staff only began cleaning it after our arrival. The room allotted to us was far below acceptable standards. It was very small, poorly maintained, and had a strong, unpleasant odor of water seepage and smoke. The bed linens were old, stained, and far from clean, while the bath towels provided were in a similar unhygienic state. The bathroom ceiling was dripping continuously, creating a damp environment and an unbearable smell. If I could give a negative rating, I certainly would. Moreover, the room lacked proper ventilation and was nothing like the photos displayed on the website. To make matters worse, we discovered a dead cockroach under the bed, which was extremely off-putting. Overall, this was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever experienced. I would not recommend FabExpress Deluxe Comfort to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay."

I did part advance payment after that reached at hotel & they were not agreed with this amount and did the gave us check in . In future will never even try to book fabhotel booking & not refer anyone. i felt too much ambaarance. Also hotel gave us too much cold breakfast."
