No discipline. House keeping poor. Wash room door locks are damaged condition. TV are not working even requesting many times. No sleeper shoes to use at wash room. After asking provided brush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, oil.

I have booked Executive Room but to my surprise hotel was having only deluxe category rooms. Rat was there in my room. I have changed room but it's not at par and not as per review. I have also done booking with breakfast but once again surprise came that there is no kitchen in the hotel. They have denied to give breakfast. I have called twice at customer care and express these issues and asked for refund but no solution provided. I am highly disappointed

SCAM ALERT - Extortions for Coldplay Concert Our booking (confirmed on 23rd October) for a two day stay over the weekend of the concert happening, was cancelled one month later due to "technical issues". Initial cost of room per night was INR 9000 per night. And suddenly one month later Fab Express team have woken up to the strategy of making is INR 57,000 per night. Their words "pay extra or we will not honour your confirmed booking". The receptionist at the property himself stated a bold "YES" when I asked him have you not suddenly changed the price because of the Coldplay concert. Blames flying all over the place - "talk to booking.com" or "pay us more and we'll reserve it again". My humble request to those who see this review - you might like the property, the prices sound nice to you BUT don't empower these scammy profiteers over human spirit. Do not allow these scam money making machines to leech of honest people travelling just to get a break from the hectic lives.

The worst hotel I have stayed so far. Pathetic rooms and stinking linens. Please don’t fall into this trap. Photos what they share on the website are deceiving. The management is really irresponsible for what they are promising on the website through fab hotel. They were undergoing complete maintenance of the property and didn’t provide information of their maintenance well before the stay. The entire room and alleyways were smelling of raw paint and was filled with fumes of thinners. I had booked for 5 days and had to settle with this paint and thinner smell for the entire 5 days. I was stuck with this hotel and couldn’t move out, as the management had taken the entire amount for 5 days initially itself. I literally had to stay out from the hotel because of this strong toxic smell of paints and used to come to hotel only for sleeping at night. If there was option for zero stars then I would have opted for it. I expect fab hotels to look into this matter and provide compensation.
