"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff is helpful and kind. The room was clean and bed comfortable. There is hot water, AC, TV, and the wifi was good as well. For sure you will hear noises from the streets but it is Mumbai…during the night it was overall quiet. Easy to get food delivered and they also offer breakfast in the morning. Near the airport and Bandra train station. Recommended!"

"Rooms have no ventilation, and i really mean not a single ventilltion, you feel dizzy, you can't extend your hands and turn in the bathroom its that small, electricity doesn't work, wifi also, security questionable, walked past the caretaker and 3 am to the first floor without them even noticing. I'll cut it short, DONT. BOOK. THIS. ONE. I'm sure there were better hotels on the same road, please opt for them. This hotel singlehandedly ruined the Bombay experience."

"We had booked room for the family of five for three days with breakfast option from their own app itself. But on arrival, their hotel manager denied for breakfast for which we paid extra 1500. Their team said they will give refund for the same, but they didn't. Later on in mail they said that the refund cannot be given and blah blah. Followed a lot on calls and mails with them but no response this thos bad experience in this regard. Otherwise hotel was fine. Thanks"

"This hotel is spoiling the image of Fab hotels. On website room appears clean, in reality rooms are run down, wall paint chipped, cockroaches in room, hair on bed and floor. Towel and bedsheet dirty, used condom wrapper in bed side drawer. Washroom stinking, not clean. Water leaking from AC, ac remote wasn’t working properly. When i check in washroom door was locked and it took them 20 minutes to open door. Entire night I couldn’t sleep because cockroaches coming on bed. Worst stay ever, I booked this hotel because of fab hotels name."

"It was a highly disappointing experience overall. The rooms were in poor condition, and the bathroom had a strange, unpleasant smell. The photos online were very misleading, as the actual facilities were far below the advertised quality. The behavior of the reception and hotel staff was ok ok and was not the professional, which only added to the frustration. Before booking, the call center staff seemed polite and helpful, but this changed once the reservation was confirmed. Upon arrival, the hotel demanded additional charges and leaving us stuck. Given the bad experience, poor service, and deceptive practices, I would strongly advise against staying here. @Fabhotel should organise proper audit to make sure things are properly managed."

No table or chair in the room and they called it deluxe room. We booked a double room and the receptionist menacingly says that unmarried couples are not allowed. Wonder whether FabHotel has this policy. There was no TV in the room. The intercom did not work."
