"The hotel is just like a C grade lodge. Fab franchise is actually fooling people by showing it as 3 star. No basic facilities. Parrots are inside room. Cleanliness and sanitation is absolutely disgusting. They have charged Rs. 3500/- INR per night. I did book for 6 days but I left within 2 days. Its that disgusting. Please dont trust Fab express booking. Its a scam."

"The Hotel is on one of the prime location of Colaba. I stayed for a night, so I will write positives as well as negatives based on my experience. So firstly Positives: - Good Location, the staff was extremely helpful and supportive. Now The Negatives:- There were two significant issues: 1. THE FIRST ONE......The absence of a lift, despite the hotel being on the 3rd floor. Prepare to haul your luggage up to the 2nd floor, where you'll finally find a lift to the 3rd floor (seriously!). 2. THE SECOND ISSUE......The beds were extremely uncomfortable (you know spring loaded cushion support), but the true horror lay in the state of the pillows and blankets. Despite having clean covers, they were riddled with fungus and other unspeakable filth. I couldn't bring myself to examine the mattress after that revelation. I don't blame the staff for this. When I expressed my frustration with the blanket's condition by calling the staff at 2 AM, they did their best to assist me in that moment. Customers should expect and receive thoroughly cleaned, fungus-free bedding, or, ideally, brand new blankets and pillows. After all, the price we pay should guarantee that level of service. I trust this message will not be ignored or dismissed but will instead prompt an improvement in standards."

"This is the worst hotel ever stayed. Whomever had reviewed in a good way must have been paid by them. A weeks back I stayed with a group of friends, and it is the worst services. 1. In the website it is mentioned toiletries will be provided but none. 2. No tissues paper for the toilet. After multiple times, they provided tissues paper that used as napkin is provided for toilet. 3. The staff will bring breakfast without asking without customer choice or it is aslo a sign of checkout time. 4. We know that check-out time is 11 am, but the staff will ring the bell at 8 am, which is very disturbing. 5. Their door bell is very loud that even the next room door bell hear like it is ringing in your room. 6. The room that you seen in the website is not exactly as it is. 7. There is no lift as it is mentioned. But trust me, you are not gonna like the way their hotel runs. It looks a like brothel ways in. From the reception to the room is looks a brothel ways of enter. 8. They don't have menu list. So you won't know the price. If you asked the staff about the menu, the staff will say it. But you would not the belived the amount and quality of food is not worth it. 9. They sell rs 20 of water is rs 30. What on earth of this kind of hotel. Which means they are taking 50% gst of water. 10. Bed sheet, pillow cover and blanket is damn dirty. I asked two times to change it. Then the staff got angry. 11. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. 12. There is better hotel in the first and second floor. Do check it out. 13. Never recommended this hotel. The amount you paid is not worth it."

"I am not really satisified with the stay. We booked the other room and provided the other one.When asked about it they were telling to pay extra for that room.Rooms were so congested. The sheets and towels were dirty.There is no lift but staffs were helpful during carrying luggage to the rooms. The breakfast was really appreciable."

"This is a fabulous stay. The rooms are small but keeping in mind the price point, it is worth the money you pay. Particularly, the way Ahmad Bhai takes care of our every little needs all 24 hrs a day makes it feel like home. Mehboob at the front office is very helpful. Sleep quality, cleanliness are great."

"We booked this hotel via the platform “Booking” for 3 night stay in Mumbai. Before booking the reviews that I could find were good and the location was very central so I decided to take it, but when we arrived we found a building in which in each floor was a different hotel. Our hotel was on the third floor, we carried the luggage the whole way up, since you don’t get any help. Then we found a hotel with 10 rooms and no windows, the room and bathroom were very dirty, we immediately asked if we could cancel and get a refund but it was not possible so we decided to stay. It was a very bad experience, we were unsafe and uncomfortable and outside the hotel in the building there were rats since it’s an old construction. It says that breakfast is included but there’s no restaurant inside. After two night we decided to leave to another hotel, because we were concerned for our health. Unfortunately everything regarding this property was a very poor experience."

"1. No one says pr tells that the hotel os on third floor and without any lift to reach there. Happy stair hopping. 2. The rooms are small which is understandable but they are also not sound proof. A family group descended at midnight with wailing child screaming wives and drunk husbands. They were awake till 4:00 AM and so was I inspite of request to keep quite. Why? What was my fault? 3. Good thing is that staff is nice and cooperative. 4. New construction makes it clean. Would skip staying here next time for above reasons. Also you never send the bill. Please send it."

Fantastic owner-manager is a truly caring and welcoming human being. Suggest booking the relatively larger rooms as the standard ones are suited for a single occupant with minimal luggage. Quiet, good Wi-Fi, clean, friendly staff. On second floor (no elevator). Overall good on convenience, amenities and value."

"-1000 stars!! We turned up to stay for 4 nights, I don’t think they had wiped a surface in a year. The bathroom had toothpaste, dirt and poo everywhere. The bedroom had a thick layer of dust and there was a pile of half eaten toast in the corner. The whole place stank of cigarettes as they let you smoke in the rooms. It’s was absolutely disgusting, we checked out immediately and found somewhere down the road."
