    "When we walked into the hotel we were immediately given a warm welcome which was particularly nice after travelling so far. Our hotel room was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb and the staff could not do enough for us. Food was very good and the choice was amazing."

For sure you will hear noises from the streets but it is Mumbai…during the night it was overall quiet. Easy to get food delivered and they also offer breakfast in the morning. Near the airport and Bandra train station. Recommended!"

Towel and bedsheet dirty, used condom wrapper in bed side drawer. Washroom stinking, not clean. Water leaking from AC, ac remote wasn’t working properly. When i check in washroom door was locked and it took them 20 minutes to open door. Entire night I couldn’t sleep because cockroaches coming on bed. Worst stay ever, I booked this hotel because of fab hotels name."

    "I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The air conditioning barely worked, leaving the room unbearably hot. There was no Wi-Fi, and to make matters worse, there was zero mobile network, making it impossible to stay connected. The TV didn't work, and the bathroom was in terrible condition—dirty and poorly maintained. The bedroom itself was also unclean and uncomfortable. There is no serious attention from hotel reception to our problems. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it lacks even the most basic amenities for a comfortable stay. Avoid at all costs!"
