The newly established hotel is currently undergoing managerial changes. The owner's empathetic approach is commendable. Rooms are well-appointed and strategically located. Service is expected to enhance as the managerial shifts progress. The hotel also features a cloud kitchen for its culinary offerings.

The hotel was great .....so comfortable bed and other amenities.....All the staff members were too polite and kind .....and having a helpful nature.... location was also good ...... awesome place ..... definitely going to love the stay!!!!!

Pathetic Stay I must stay...there were flies in room,intercom was not working,they even didn't provided me soap,that I went myself and bought from a shop nearby,they even charged for tea,even my breakfast was including.They also denied to provide breakfast as they said we have no kitchen.So i didn't took breakfast and take too that from outside.

It was the Worst experience in my life, firstly the hotel has no car parking we had to park in front of some other building and were told to take the car away before 7am of the next morning, the room was full of dirt water seepage of walls, bed sheet were dirty full of hair from the previous customer, the bathroom didn't had hot water when told to the manager he said rudely to keep the water running for 5-10 min hot water will come and then turned his back. Will never recommend fab hotel services to any one and instantly delete the app.

The room shown in the picture was not even from this hotel and when I tell them to change my room they changed me extra Rs.290 they told me it's a premium room but the room they gave me was not even close to premium.

Please avoid if you can. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. Bathroom was unclean and unkept. They don't even provide water in the room and charge separately for it. You have to ask for towel and toiletries. Seems like a theka owner has entered the hotel business and knows nothing about hospitality.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff was rude especially the boy on the counter who made us feel unwelcome. The room was far from clean and to our horrror we found cockroaches crawling on our bed I do not recommend staying here.

I stayed here and that was my worst experience, staff is not good. Room condition is very bad there were no maintenance of room.
