    "It was the Worst experience in my life, firstly the hotel has no car parking we had to park in front of some other building and were told to take the car away before 7am of the next morning, the room was full of dirt water seepage of walls, bed sheet were dirty full of hair from the previous customer, the bathroom didn't had hot water when told to the manager he said rudely to keep the water running for 5-10 min hot water will come and then turned his back. Will never recommend fab hotel services to any one and instantly delete the app."

    "Please avoid if you can. The room and bathroom had cockroaches. Bathroom was unclean and unkept. They don't even provide water in the room and charge separately for it. You have to ask for towel and toiletries. Seems like a theka owner has entered the hotel business and knows nothing about hospitality."

    "Dirt everywhere. Used linen with dirt and food stain visible in linen. Room and toilet floor with mud. Booked through fabhotel and the picture they shared was totally different from reality. Strangest thing ever happened is key was not given. They have restaurant and do room service. And food was good. Room is good for this budget if maintained well."

    "**Not recommended One of my poor staycation experiences. I had to struggled a lot for basic services like water & WiFi. In my 2 days stay I have to wait for water to reach my washroom tap every morning no WiFi service available in the hotel but while booking they showed all the facilities in the book my show. During rainy days the location becomes a nightmare for people who are going by their car. Staffs & foods are good overall but water scarcity problem is something to think about."

    "Please avoid booking this hotel at all costs! It was the worst experience I've ever had. I made a reservation through Goibibo with advance payment, but when I arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM, they claimed they had no available rooms. They refused to accommodate us, behaved rudely, and acted like thugs. The hotel owner ignored my calls, and the manager was the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. This place is a scam—beware!"

    "Please dont book this hotel!!!!! Worst Hotel Ever! I booked a hotel thru goibibo with advance payment and when i arrieved to the hotel they said we dont have room. We arrieved at 1:30 Am night. They didnt give us room and misbehaved with us. They are goons they are very big scammers. Even the hotel owner was not picking up my call that time. Manager is the worst guy i have ever seen."

    "It was really good the roof top view and the hospitality was so overwhelmed. The staff was also so nice and so pleasing. Service was also really fast and food was just yum. Only drawback was that it close at sharp 12:00 am but must visit"

    "The hotel is located at the prime location of Phase 1 Mohali ( Franco Chowk!). Route autos connecting to all other phases of Mohali ( Phase 5, 7, 9, 10 till 11 phase) is available just below the hotel. Facility needs to be more professional like the room ACs are not functional to combat the excessive heat of 47 degrees. Rest the reception people are very polite and helpful, however the rooms specifically the bedsheets, pillow covers need to be clean and hygienic. Thank you"

    "Stay away from this hotel!!! There were 7 power out only to this hotel during our short stay for the night, so the AC didnt work and we woke up because of the heat. Of course our phones didn't charged, the rooms were dirty and there were no hot water in the shower. Overall this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in."
