    "I recently stayed at this hotel with my mother, who is over 60 years old, and we had a pretty bad experience. There was no lift available, and the stairs were really steep, which made it hard for her to go up and down. We stayed on the first floor, but even then, we could hear the phone ringing at the reception from our room, which was quite annoying. The breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Fab Hotel recommended this place, but I honestly wouldn’t trust their suggestions again. The rooms were too small, and we found cockroaches inside. The geyser wasn’t working, so there was no hot water for bath. Inside the almirah, there were yellow stains, almost like someone had kept food in there before we arrived. There were also a lot of power cuts during our stay, which made everything worse. Overall, it was a really disappointing stay, and I wouldn’t recommend it."

    "Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous. We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. This was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight."

    "The room was clean. The surroundings and the hygiene was also good at the hotel. Staff was courteous and was quick to resolve any query. Location is perfect if anyone wants to visit here in its full pride. Perfect location, where everything is less than 10KM's away."

    "The bathroom is dirty, the water is salty like sea water or there is a new excuse on the day to complain or they are saying that they can buy RO water for 15 rs, they have given their money to you, lift is mentioned but not in the hotel."

    "Booked through MMT, but they said they don’t have booking on our name & sent to another chain where their was no lift & old people had to go by stairs for 2nd floor.. we had early flight, so thought breakfast was inclusive in charge they denied while requested for some bread toast early.. overall a very bad experience"

Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
