Room price is so high comparative services, Staff good and polite

Overall very good hotel with good staff behavior

Rooms and very new and super and special care taken in building the rooms but service is 0 they don’t have any idea about how to serve in a hotel please take care of service that is very helpful

Worst kind of rooms... No towels, kettle etc.available after checkin...only after request it was provided...breakfast was not provided on time even after multiple follow ups... My family Had to leave empty stomach..SHAME ON YOU

Worst stay. Dirtiest of dirty Hotel I had ever been. After staying for one hour I checked out of room same day due to uncleanliness. Unhygienic, Smelly room. Dirty washroom. Dirty linen. Room was equivalent to railway station sleeper class waiting hall.

I went here after booking online the booking was confirmed by the hotel itself When I reached there the staff behaviour is very rude And he also denied checking in saying that all his rooms were already booked.

Not ideal for senior executives.. wifi, TV, geyser doesn't work... No choice of breakfast.. below average experience

Worst service, hot water not available, geyser not working, gave a water heater which was also not working, had to wait 45mins and then he gets half a bucket of hot water. Paid extra for breakfast, but was saying it will take 20 mins to get it, didn't even inform that we had to let them know in prior, totally unprofessional Had to wait 45 mins after we ordered for Tea

Pathetic service rude staff don't come Please it's genuine & humble request for visitors don't come, don't come... Staff person are highly arrogant & literally illiterate I have to vacant in night time only due to staff rude behavior.
